Private 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home which borders Romora Bay Marina, on Harbour Island. The house is all under the same roof yet each bedroom has a full bathroom, full kitchen, and private entry from the outdoors. The second bedroom is also attached via a hallway to the main house. The house has A/C throughout using 3 split air units. Very short walk to the Pink Sand Beach, restaurants, and Romora Bay marina for sunsets, food, & drinks... Pls note the crows nest is currently not available to use.

We aim to manage guest expectations by being transparent—this home may not be for everyone. This is one of the most affordable rental homes on Bahamas most expensive islands. If you're looking for something ritzy or meticulously white-glove polished, this may not be the right fit. Our home has charm and character, but it’s not a luxury hotel—it’s a lived-in, relaxed comfortable space meant to be enjoyed. The house is over 50 years old so expect some wear and tear on the finishes and surfaces. We do our best to keep it cleaned up and everything in working order, but the island has limited resources, if something breaks during your stay it may not be immediately repaired.

Also, please keep in mind that this is a small tropical island. Power outages happen occasionally and the weather may be unpredictable. Being in the tropics there are palmetto bugs (like roaches), tiny lizards, Insects, spiders, pests free roaming roosters, etc. Occasionally these may be seen around the house.

We kindly ask that you review past guest comments, ask any questions you may have, and thoughtfully consider whether this home is the right fit before booking. While we strive to be transparent, we do not automatically offer refunds to guests who feel the experience didn’t align with their expectations.

Dunmore Town, Harbour Island, Bahamas

Ideal location neighboring Ramora Bay Resort and Marina and just a block off the Beach that a easy walk from the home. This is a quiet area of the island yet still close to town and all the shops and dining.

Please note that the recent US Travel advisory giving caution on traveling to Bahamas is only related to recent incidents on the island of Nassau and not the Family Islands such as Harbour Island. Harbour Island and Eleuthera are very safe and peaceful.
