Welcome to your Oregon escape! Set right on the Deschutes River. This river front home offers endless recreation for the whole family-step outside to kayak, paddle board, fish or simply relax with a good book & take in the peaceful scenery. Just minutes away from world class skiing at Mt. Bachelor in the winter and hiking and mt. bike riding in the summer. Guests have access to community pickle ball courts, pool & weight room.

The space
The house offers comfortable Bedrooms. The master bed is a King Size with a smart TV and balcony, the second bedroom offers a queen size with a smart TV and balcony, the third bedroom offers both a double bed and a single bed. ( great for kids ) The Deschutes River is just just outside ! Perfect for Kayaking, or just floating down the river.
The living room is cheerful with large windows, Gas fire place, comfortable seating with a smart TV
The dining room is off of the living room with a live edge dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

Mt. Bachelor is just a 20 min drive for skiing, sledding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing in the winter.

There are community pickle ball courts, pool and weight room. There are walking trails from the house. If you go "right" you can walk your dog off leash.

There are boat docks for residents to use.

Other things to note
The swimming pool is scheduled to be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, however it is always weather permitting. The high desert does tend to see quite a few late afternoon thunderstorms and the pool will be closed when this threat lingers.
The community swimming pool is a short 400 ft walk away.
The community dock to launch kayaks and innertubes is also a short 500 ft walk away!
