This little creek side cabin in the woods is located just outside of Talent, Oregon and is nestled among towering pine trees. It sits just feet from flowing Wagner Creek, in which you can dip your feet and can hear from your windows at night.
The cabin features a comfortable queen size bed in the entry/sleeping area and another in the main living area. The kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, electric skillet, electric griddle, slow cooker, electric tea kettle, dishes, glasses, silver ware, cooking utensils and a charcoal barbeque outside. The cozy front porch and outdoor table invite you to relax with your morning coffee or bundle up for some extraordinary stargazing.
Guests are free to wander the property, which consists of the main house and cabin, and are encouraged to enjoy the bounty of fruit trees that dot the property.
Your host will generously accommodate additional supplies or essentials to make your visit most enjoyable.

This forested 8-acre property borders BLM (Bureau of Land Management) and offers great day hiking and dirt bike trails, just minutes from your front door. It is located approximately 6 miles from nearby Ashland, Oregon, home to the world-famous Shakespeare Theater and Lithia Park. Ashland also offers many unique shops, restaurants, and art galleries; and for snow bound enthusiasts, nearby Mount Ashland offers skiing and other winter activities.
With easy access to Interstate 5, Talent is located in the beautiful Rogue Valley and offers a number of excellent restaurants and coffee shops, a Friday evening outdoor market, local wineries and Camelot Theatre for enjoying fabulous live entertainment. A grocery store is located in town and is a convenient stop for food and refreshment needs.
Also nearby is the city of Jacksonville, a National Historical Landmark renown for its Gold Rush roots and for the Britt Music Festival. The town offers a number of excellent restaurants (C St. Bistro being one of my favorites), shopping; wine tasting, art galleries and a street trolley that takes you back in time.
Some of the many outdoor recreational activities southern Oregon has to offer is white water rafting the Rogue, water skiing in our many local lakes, fishing, and easy day trips to nearby national parks such as Crater Lake, the Redwoods and Oregon Caves.

I love the outdoors so I live in the forested areas. I like nothing better than a barbecue with friends and family. I moved up from the L.A. area in 1990, I have a 20 year old son, my Niece and her Husband and 2 girls moved in with us a few years back from Santa Barbara, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats, we love animals. I love to travel, good wine and great coffee, we make our yearly trips to L.A to visit friends and family members. Southern Oregon is a beautiful place to live .
