It is located 8 miles from nearby Ashland, Oregon home to the world famous Shakespearian Theater and Lithia Park. Ashland also has many unique shops, restaurants and winter skiing on Mount Ashland.

Talent is in the Rogue Valley where the Rogue river flows through providing fishing and white water rafting.

Check In
  • The cabin is in a very peaceful setting right next to the creek. Jodie and her family were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our too brief stay there.

  • Wonderful experience for our first airbnb stay. Jodie and Bo warmly greeted us. Nothing is more relaxing than a cabin on the creek. Gorgeous setting with Ashland and its fun happenings close by.

  • Jodie's cabin was lovely. Set beside a creek with shady trees, it was spacious and welcoming. Jodie got us oriented, and Ashland is a great town. The restaurants, the Shakespeare performances, friendly folks - all very enjoyable.
One item to take into consideration is that the cabin is outside of town, about 10-15 minutes. That was fine with us, but may be a consideration for others.

  • What peace and solitude at the Little Creekside Cabin! A hidden gem if you are going to visit the Rogue Valley. The sound of the creek lulls you to (website hidden) the dog is a great host.

  • We had a lovely stay at the Little Creekside Cabin! Communication with the host was prompt. The environment was lovely and peaceful... the sound of the creek and the chirping of baby birds added to the ambiance. There were walking trails nearby - some required shoes with a good grip. If you plan to cook, the kitchen did not have an oven, but a microwave and plug in electric burners were available. A lovely get away!!!

  • A lovely stay in the woods. Quiet, clean and picturesque.

  • Jodie's li'l cabin in the hills was lovely. We were three people on the long trek from Canada to the Bay Area and needed a place to rest for the night before driving the rest of the way home. It was so comforting to have the cabin lit, open, and ready for us after our day of driving, and going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the little creek was just the medicine we needed. It was hard to leave!

  • Jodie's place is wonderful! Beautiful and peaceful, with the creek flowing through. We had an amazing walk in the forest right outside her gate, early in the day. The cabin is very comfortable, and filled with beautiful art, including handcrafted wooden tables and frames. Sleeping with the sound of the creek flowing by is pure pleasure. Jodie is outgoing, fun and helpful, and delightful host. We can't wait to return! BTW it's on the RIGHT side of Wagner Creek Road as you head toward it, pretty much at the end of the county-maintained = paved road (your GPS might think to place it to the left!)

  • Jodie's place was perfect for the two of us and our elderly dog. The setting was lovely. We did not cook any meals, but used the kitchen for snacks. We met Jodie briefly - she was delightful and available for questions, etc. but we did not need a thing. Thank you!

  • An absolutely beautiful and charming cabin by the creek. Well furnished, clean, and cozy. Jodie was a wonderful host and her dogs welcomed osa with open paws.
