The Space

The apartment is placed in the Northwestern part of Copenhagen close to Nørrebro Station. It is very close to public transportation - bus number 5a leaves 1 minut walk from the apartment and there are a lot of shopping opportunities near by.

In the apartment there is a big bedroom where you, the guest(s), will be sleeping. There is a big bed with room enough for two and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom is big and has a washing machine. If you don't have your own towels you can borrow some from me and if you need to get some clothes washed you can use the washing mashine.

The kitchen has a gas stove, refigator, freezor and a dishwasher. Feel free to you the kitchen, but clean up after yourself. :O)

The livingroom has a flat screen TV, diningroom table and a sitting area. If I am home when you visit my place, this is where I will be sleeping but if I am not home fell free to use the livingroom too.

  • The host was very friendly, helpful and discreet, and the space was clean and modern. Easy access to public transportation, cafes, shops and restaurants. Short and easy travel to central Copenhagen, bus central and train station. We were three travellers and the space was great for us! Recommended!

  • Dennis is very nice and his apartment is great and comfortable! It is very tidy and clean and we had a good time there. The location is quite convenient with a bus stop nearby in which the bus reaches most of the tourist spots and airport.
    Highly recommended!

  • Dennis' apartment was really really lovely. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were soft and the couch was also very comfortable to sleep on (even though Dennis did provide us with 3 beds for 3 people I was sick so I slept apart from my friends, on the couch). My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and loved the space a lot (we all wished we lived there). Dennis also let us use his washer/dryer, which was very much appreciated.

  • The appartment is super modern, fully equiped and very clean. From there it is easy to reach the city center, either by taking a bus or by renting bicycles.

  • Dennis was a great host and the room was perfect. It felt very private and the whole apartment is extremely clean and tidy- very comfortable all around. Dennis was responsive during the booking process and flexible with our schedule. The apartment was in a good location - also looks out onto a cute courtyard that adds to its appeal - I would definitely recommend it.

  • Dennis' place was really nice, with comfortable beds, linens and towels for me and my two friends. The kitchen was also great and well equipped! We didn't meet Dennis in person because he was working at the time we spent at the apartment, but everything went smoothly as we got the key from a nice lady living next door.

  • Dennis has been a very nice host: discrete, welcoming and interesting. He explained us the basic things to know about Copenhaguen and he was always there if we had any questions or problems. We had a great stay at his flat, which was clean and functional.

  • Location was easy to find with the GPS. The flat was clean and Dennis very friendly. The room is not really big enough for 4 people, but it was OK for 1 night. Well located to discover downtown, using bus 5A. I recommand this location for 2 people.

    Response from Dennis:

  • This flat was a little further out of the centre of Copenhagen's old town than we expected or wanted but we soon adjusted to that when we realised how easy it was to hop onto a bus without a long wait for it. The bike rental really enhanced our stay in Copenhagen; only a 15-20 and fun ride. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed.

The bed was a little narrow for a couple of 60 year olds but we slept well nonetheless

Dennis was a delightful host, full of historical answers to our questions after our days of touring the city.

As you know my name is Dennis. I work as a teacher at a school in Copenhagen. My motto is: "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice". But I also agree with the famous Danish auther Hans Christian Andersen "at rejse er at leve/to travel is to live". So I travel as much as posible. When I travel, it's important for me to meet the "real people". I think, that's how you get to know about the country's culture the best. When I travel, it's mostly as a backpacker however when my trip only goes to larger cities I sometimes travel with the suitcase. I am always on the run and I like to work hard and do my job well. I always keep my apartment nice and clean because I find it easier to relax in a clean inviroment.
