Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • The house is a beautiful place, well situated near to Rialto Bridge, surrounded by a joung environment, where you can find good restaurants and bar where have a drink. The bars close early and they don't disturb. The problem maybe that people start to transport things very early in the morning, and they are a bit noisy ( I don't know, but maybe the same also in other places in the city)
The house is clean, big and nice. We couldn't find the hairdresser, so I called the host and I get a new one in only a bit hours!! So, I'm pretty happy with her.

  • The apartment was very roomy and pretty clean ( could use more towels). It was located in a very busy and active area. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. This was good and bad. If you are looking for a quiet restful return to your apartment this is not the place. There was a very popular bar/restaurant under the apartment which opened it's metal roll up doors very early and closed very late! Lots of people hanging around talking, crying and shouting at each other even at night. Sorry but I had to say it.

I'm Italian native from Venice and the region of Puglia, in 1992 I moved to Paris. With my perfect knowledge "hill by hill" of Italy, I decided to start my own company, Casa d'Arno, the specialist of rentals in Italy. Like any Italian I love kooking and I like to prepare to my friends the best recipes of my country with cooking classes and clandestine dinners.
