This sunny, calm, comfortable and fully restored apartment occupies the 2nd floor of an elegant building of the San Polo district. It can welcome up to 6 people, with a total size of 100 sq. meters.
It is located near Rialto Bridge and the Venice food market featuring freshly caught seafood and fruit and vegetable from the nearby Venitian islands.
It has windows on both sides, with views on many of Venice's palaces and town houses.
The refined furniture is contemporary, with a few pieces from the 1800's.
This apartment features 4 main rooms: entrance, sitting room, 1 double bedroom with a four-poster bed, 1 king size room (can be converted into 2 single beds), and a 1-person bedroom. The apartment also features a bathroom, a large, well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. Washing machine and dishwasher.
The host was exceptionally helpful, giving very accurate directions from the airport, I forming if water bus strikes! And then organising an alternative route. We had a problem with keys at the start due to a stiff door and it was rectified immediately.
The description was very accurate and suited our needs perfectly. The location is excellent with a lovely bar/restaurants nearby and a few minutes from the Rialto bridge. The only drawback was the main bedroom was facing onto a courtyard and it was very noisy... Don't expect to get a sleep in!
This apartment was a very good launching point for our three days in town positioned very close to a vaparetto stop and the Rialto bridge. It was quite spacious with two large, double rooms and one smaller, single room. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a tv in one room and place to sit in the living area.
Elisabetta was only contactable by phone but was very helpful when we couldn't get into the apartment because of a malfunction with the lock. It was nobody's fault but Elisabetta and the agency in Venice acting for her were very pleasant and dealt with all issues quickly. In the night you have to make a trade-off between the heat and the light and there is no wifi but unless that is a strong requirement I would recommend staying there (bear in mind you can get wifi in many bars/cafes in town).
The house is a beautiful place, well situated near to Rialto Bridge, surrounded by a joung environment, where you can find good restaurants and bar where have a drink. The bars close early and they don't disturb. The problem maybe that people start to transport things very early in the morning, and they are a bit noisy ( I don't know, but maybe the same also in other places in the city)
The house is clean, big and nice. We couldn't find the hairdresser, so I called the host and I get a new one in only a bit hours!! So, I'm pretty happy with her.
The apartment was very roomy and pretty clean ( could use more towels). It was located in a very busy and active area. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. This was good and bad. If you are looking for a quiet restful return to your apartment this is not the place. There was a very popular bar/restaurant under the apartment which opened it's metal roll up doors very early and closed very late! Lots of people hanging around talking, crying and shouting at each other even at night. Sorry but I had to say it.

Like any Italian I love kooking and I like to prepare to my friends the best recipes of my country with cooking classes and clandestine dinners.
