  • Staying with Pia, Anchise & Rita Veratti was amazing expirience! They were very helpful hosts, shown us directions to every place we wanted to go. We felt like home during staying in Rimini. We wer e chatting a lot and even had dinner together. In the end Anchise drove us to the train station. We are coming back for sure!
The flat was really clean and comfortable. Your own bathroom is huge plus. You can also have a balcony where you can eat breakfast or sit in the evening drinking delicious italian wine.
    Highly recommended!

Response from Pia, Anchise & Rita:

Grazie Julia :) saluta anche Agata ciao.

  • Anchise was such a generous man and took the time to share with us his thoughts and the way he perceived life. Unfortunetely we didn't have a chance to visit Rimini as we were there for business, but if we ever come back we have a friend that welcomed us and made us feel in our own place.

  • We were greeted warmly and shown around the apartment. It is a clean, comfortable home and the hosts very much respected our privacy, but were available when we needed them. We only stayed one night and were busy with friends. We are sorry we did not get to know our hosts better. They seemed kind and interesting. Anyone would enjoy a stay here.

  • Anchise and Rita were wonderful hosts, never invasive but always there for a chat if you felt like it. The apartment is close to the beach as well as the old town, and there are some nice restaurants in the neighborhood (try La Brasserie!). As for the room, it was very clean and perfect for our needs, and the private-use bathroom was a huge plus! A great experience!

  • Pia, Anchise, and Rita were warm and welcoming. The evening we showed up they were celebrating Pia's college graduation with family and invited us to join them.

The room we slept in was clean and very comfortable with access to a beautiful balcony.
We had a great time there and highly recommend their home for a visit in your travels.

  • I had a great time staying with Pia and her family. Her father graciously picked me AND dropped me off at the train station, plus they invited me to share in a lovely pizza dinner on my last night. I felt right at home. I particularly enjoyed Pia's father - he's got a great sense of humor!

  • Pia and her parents are very nice, kind and hospitable people. They have a large, beautiful and comfortable home. It's pity that so little time spent there. We want to go back there again!

    October 2012
  • Pia and her parents were delightful. I was there to attend a conference at the Palacongressi, and I had everything I needed to be productive, refreshed, and to enjoy the locale of Rimini. I really appreciated the loaning of the bicycle (everything is nearby on bike), and the assistance with little things (like when I forgot to bring the right adapter to plug in my U.S. electronics). They took me the nearby mall and helped me find one to purchase! Great family, room, and a good experience!

  • Pia and her parents were perfect hosts. We had dinner with them one night and it was amazing, great food and great company, a great Italian experience. Would recommend them!

We are a german-italian family. We are making this airbnb experience together since 2012. Pia is now living in Germany, so Rita and Anchise are now managing the "bnb". We are ex hotel managers, so we love meeting new people and cultures. Hope we will have a good time together!
