Bibi and her family were wonderful hosts and really made my first Airbnb experience a wonderful one. Bibi is a great communicator, all was exactly as described and she really made me fell completely at ease. She was generous with her time and made sure I was oriented to the neighbourhood and knew how to get back and forth on public transit. I could not have had a better introduction to Rotterdam, following their suggestions for architecture to see and enjoyable places for lunch and a drink. Staying with Bibi was one of the highlights of my trip.
