Modern loft on the eighth floor of a modern building. Decorated with a minimalistic style and new furniture. The apartment has two-story windows all along the apartment. These windows let in lots of light and a magnificent view of the city. Large windows with excellent blinds. These blinds prevent daylight to get into the apartment if guests want to sleep in darkness. There are a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi at the terrace among the amenities of the building. It is conveniently located in the Palermo neighborhood known for its fine restaurants and cafes as well as its shopping. One block away from Santa Fe Avenue , the metro line D. (Carranza) and the train station (Carranza). Metro is the best and fastest way to travel around the city, you can reach the city centre, San Telmo and Recoleta with this line.
On the first floor there are a living room, an open american style kitche, a toilette and a balcony with chairs and table where one can enjoy breakfast or even a meal. On its second floor a bedroom, a desk and a complete bathroom that also gets good light. The loft has excellent equipment: LCD TV screen, AC system (cooler and heater), fridge, DVD player, cable TV with channels in English. The building has 24/7 security, gym, sauna, an open grill space on the terrace.
No children under 12 are allowed at building amenities.
The apartment is located in Palermo, more precisely in Palermo Hollywood, which got its modern nickname after some of the major TV and radio studios moved there but is best known for its nightlife, which includes some of the best restaurants, bar and clubs in the city. Another sub-area of Palermo – Palermo Soho – is very near the apartment, just crossing Av. Juan B. Justo and it is the fashion epicenter of BA.
Palermo is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood. There are no much offices apart from the design and software firms that are principally located in the area. It is also the area for modern and stylist furniture stores.
It’s a zone with a lot of old, Spanish-style architecture, more than other areas of the city. The combination of low houses, wide streets and trees lends it a nice atmosphere.
Security is not an issue in Palermo, as it is not in most of the neighborhoods you are probably going to visit (Palermo, Recoleta, Puerto Madero, San Telmo). You are going to be able to walk around at every hour of the day.
Guests have access to free high speed wifi, the swimming pools, gym, sauna, laundry room and barbecue at the terrace

We had such a lovely stay and Marcos was so wonderful and helpful. He is an excellent host. He answered all our questions and was available anytime we needed anything.
The apartment, building and amenities (pool, gym) were great. During the weekdays, the gym and pool were empty, and we would be the only ones there. They were both cleaned daily.
We really loved the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. The doormen were so nice and one always knew us by name. We loved the location of the apartment, with the Subte (subway) and grocery store around the corner, and plenty of restaurants that were walking distance in the neighborhood.
Thank you for a lovely stay. We cannot wait to return!
My friends and I stayed one month at Marcos apartment. Was spacious enough for three, great balcony, pretty well equipped and great location. The terrace, pool and asado areas are all excellent. Helpful staff at the reception 24/7! Several grossery stores close by, Subte just outside the door and several superb restaurants in the neighborhood. Only problem we had was with the Wi-Fi that was not 100% functioning. Some days quick and steady connection-other days very slow and at times non-existent. Marcos was easy to get in touch with and met up and showed us around when we first arrived. Definitely a place I'd stay at again.
I spent 4 weeks in the apartment. It was a great time. The Subte is around the corner and into the downtown needs to 15min. In the neighborhood there are some very nice places where you can spend time and enjoy life in Buenos Aires. Marco was always helpful and answered all my mail always fast. Should I come back times to Buenos Aires I would immediately want to stay here again
We had a great stay at Marcos' place. The location is awesome. You literally walk around the corner and you're at the Carranza Subte and Mitre stations.
While the Subte runs underground, the mitre does not. If you are a light sleeper - be warned ... You will hear the train before 6 AM in the morning. Earplugs might work. Although it took some getting used to, having the station right next to you is worth it.
As for the neighborhood - we loved Palermo. You have a great ice cream shop (a block down), a parilla spot, some awesome pasta (el Rey del Vino) and these are all walking distance.
Marcos as a host is great. He lives close by and is easily reachable. We had to extend out stay and he was very helpful with that.
Late review, sorry: Our stay in Marcos' Appartment was truly a great experience. Its a very modern, airy place with a Bauhaus-style interior, all kept in white. It is a wonderful place to come back to after a long day wandering around the city. The pool of the rooftop was right-out beautiful. Unfortunately it was not the season to dip in (its not heated). But in Argentinean summer, this must be a real treat. We only saw Marcos briefly on the last day, but he was always reachable by SMS and very helpful to provide any information we asked for.
Marcos was very helpful and responded quickly to enquiries. We did have an issue with the heat when we moved in but marcos fixed it quickly!
Esperienza positiva, Buenos Aires molto piacevole!!
