Close to public transport, one of two cozy little guest rooms for two. This room is a converted front porch, located on the first floor of a two family home. Your host lives on the third floor. Come visit Flushing Queens!
Flushing is the biggest China town in all of New York!! We are a foodies paradise! In the morning, be sure to visit one of the many Asian pastry shops in the neighborhood to try a coconut creme bun or a red bean bun. For lunch or dinner, don't miss the opportunity to try some authentic Korean BBQ. There are Korean BBQ restaurants all over Flushing! We are just a 13 min walk from the 7 train and downtown Flushing, or, just catch the bus on the corner. I can help you find your way around NY!
Rules? No pets, no drugs and no smoking inside the room please. I have three cats that will stay out of your way, but not a good match for those of you with bad allergies. Please be considerate to the people that live with me and keep the noise level down after 10pm. The room can get noisy since its in the front of the house. Also at the moment, the TV only works with the DVD player. Not a good match for those that need pitch black room and extreme quiet to sleep. Thanks!

Me? I'm just a happy housewife with a little girl, baby boy and 3 cats. I'm usually upstairs with the kids, so you can have most of the apartment to yourself. Come stay in my guest room. :)
No smoking inside the house
When you leave the property, please make sure you lock the front door.
We prefer shoes off inside the guest room.
After 10pm, please keep your volume to a minimum.
Please dry off the bathroom counter after washing your face.
Please use the squeegee in the shower to wipe the water of the shower walls when you finish with your shower.
When finished with the bath matt, please hang it back up.
Please put the window shades back up after finished with the bathroom.
When its time to check out, let me know, leave the guest room open and send me a message. We hope to see you again next time. :)
Though my stay was short I had a great time here. Very easy to find coming off the bus. In the heart of Flushing. Linda's home is lovely and very welcoming. Her cats are so friendly! My room was very comfortable no complaints here, would definitely stay again.
It was the second time I stayed at Linda's and if I will visit New York again I will definitely come back to her place! The guest room is very cozy and a place to feel comfortable!
Linda, who I was able to meet this time, is a lovely woman who is willing to care for all your needs!
And if you like cats. She has the 3 most friendliest cats ever!
5 of 5 stars!!!
It is a very lovely house that brings me back to my childhood. Everything's just so delicate and cozy, plus a very happy family. I would definitely stay a few more nights if I could. If you were a traveler or have been away from home for a while, this is the place where you will feel at home. Pls don't miss it!
Awesome place to stay. Linda is very nice and co-operative host. She is really nice and a good house owner.
The room is very cozy and right next to the door. The bathroom is very clean! It was nice that there was extra toiletries.
The room is cute, clean and comfortable. Linda wrote my name on the door. I can find my room easily and feel friendly. It is not very far from the subway, main street and China town. We walk 15 -20 minutes. It is a good choice for living in Flushing.
