It is a perfect place to enjoy San Francisco. If you come with a car you can be on highway 280 within 2 minutes and downtown San Francisco within 10 minutes. The apartment is an easy walk to Mission St and there you can catch the Muni all over San Francisco. Also the Bart station is less than 1 mile away.
The view is spectacular. You can see all the way from the San Francisco Bay Bridge, downtown SF, Twin Peaks, Sutro Tower, Pt Reyes Headlands, Ocean beach and the Pacific Ocean.
Beautiful mountain park steps away from the apartment that looks down on the whole Bay Area.

Interaction with Guests
I am nearby if you need anything. I have a separate apartment on the premises. So I am available for any questions or help you might need.
Lovely views. Family friendly. Safe. Easy access to major highways and public transportation.
Bart is one mile away so you can get either airport at San Francisco or Oakland.
The Muni - M line is a few blocks away.
Sam Trans Bus and the Muni Bus system are 2 blocks away.
This is a great space for seeing SF and feeling at home.
There is a washer and dryer in the garage, it is included.
Plenty of street parking, street cleaning is tuesday on the west side of the street and wednesday on the east side of the street. You do not need a permit to park on the street.
Garbage day is tuesday.
Lisa was a great host, she even tried hard to explain baseball rules to us. The appartment was really great and we had an amazing view, you could even see the Bay Bridge.
If you arrive on Bart Station and have heavy baggage, you should consider taking a taxi, because streets are really steep there.
The listing description is spot on -- The apartment is incredibly clean, neat, and organized. Lisa is a sweetheart, and although she and I both were quite busy, when we did see each other, we always had a nice chit-chat. I would rent again without question and confidently recommend it.
This was a charming place to stay for our short family trip to San Francisco! Lisa was very communicative, welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable very quickly! She also offered suggestions about restaurants nearby & was a good resource generally speaking! The apartment is very clean and cozy, has everything needed to feel home away from home ...Thank you so much Lisa! Hope to stay in touch!
Lisa was a wonderful host, very gracious and kind, even driving me back to the BART to grab my phone when I left it there!! The apartment with the full bed was nice and a good size for two people. Daly City wasn't much to look at, but I believe Lisa priced the place accordingly (although $100 cleaning fee seemed steep - but maybe that's just San Francisco for you). If you are traveling by public transportation, her place is one mile from the BART or just a few blocks from the bus stops (which are cheaper than BART, but take longer to get downtown). The BART to the Union Square stop is about 20-25 minutes. If you are driving, the place seems very close to the highways - just talk to Lisa about parking.
All in all, a decent place for those going to SF to stay on a budget, who don't mind driving or public transportation into the city.
Everything about the stay was great. Lisa was very easy to work with, highly communicative, and the listing was very accurate. The apartment was clean and there is a ton of privacy. Parking was pretty hard, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday, when there is street cleaning. You should coordinate with Lisa for parking tips.
the amazing view is really there from the ocean to the bay..when the fog clears of course. Lisa's place is very clean and quiet too. Space is quite spacious and comfortable. Quick and pretty easy access to main freeways for maneuvering around city can be managed without too much difficulty. Lisa is a great host accommodating and great to chat with too. ...always such a pleasure to meet wonderful people!
I stayed at Lisa's for 4 weeks and had a good experience with the place. The place itself is very nice and well kept. Everything that I needed for long term stay is there to use. I used a rental car, so I can't say anything about the public transportation, however everything from grocery, pharmacy and even entertainment were only 5-10 minutes driving distance from Lisa which makes it very convenient. It also took me only 15 minutes drive to go to San Francisco and it goes via 280 which typically has less traffic than the other 101 Highway. Street parking is plenty, but if you are driving, the only drawback is Tuesday and Wednesday where street cleaning makes finding parking ridiculously difficult if you are coming home after 7PM. If you planning to stay at Lisa's and hit any Tuesday or Wednesday, I suggest asking her permission to park in front of her garage. She has been nice and understanding about it and will let you use it if you ask.

I have lived here in San Francisco for the last 20+years and love this city. My son and I are world travelers and enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people, but we love coming home to our city by the Bay.
