Take a walk and watch the sunset and amazing wildlife on trail right by Arkansas River ( Best way to access river is to walk through back yard, cross big park and river trails is there).

Safe street, motion sensor front porch light. Short 3-5 minutes walk to Arkansas River and Woodland Park!
There is aQuick Trip gas station and commercial street are near by.

Beautiful small city feel. Home sits on a busy street. Wichita has trains all across, there is a train track a mile away. (I do have a white noice homedics sound spa machine to help sound off any noice) Please be mindful about this information.
