The apartment, in "Borgo Ognissanti", boasts an ideal location within the picturesque historical centre of Florence.
Its recent renovation and the daily attention to details allow us to offer our guests a pleasant stay for both families and young people looking for a unique experience.
It is located on the first floor of a building of five, with a few condominiums and so very quiet. The floor is entirely dedicated to our bed & breakfast and apartment we derived independently comprises: entrance, a corridor leading to the kitchen and master bedroom. A bathroom with a shower rather large.
Located in the heart of the city, near all major landmarks, just a stone s throw from the Santa Maria Novella railway station, our B&B is the perfect place for your holidays or business trips. The Borgo Ognissanti area allows you to explore the ancient heart of the city on foot, without resorting to public transports.
If you choose to come by car, parking spaces are available in the adjacent car park.

Nice place. Good help from Laura. Don't ask her for recommendations for restaurants though. She advised us to go to 'Da Giorgio', but there are restaurants same price far better in the neighbourhood.
All was perfect! Thanks a lot to Laura for hospitality!!! We hope be back next year!
Fantastic communication from Laura. I was desperate and booked the room while I was on the train from Milan. She replied promptly so I immediately had a place to stay.
The place is smaller than it looks in the photos but for one person it was ample. A few small idiosyncrasies eg the shower head sprays the wall so bathroom floor got soaked if the shower was on high pressure, keys difficult to use sometimes. For the price however this place was good value. Noise was variable. There was construction going on across the street, and you can hear the upstairs children sometimes, but I had no trouble sleeping.
Location was great. Just a 10min walk from the main station, about 15min to the Duomo and Uffizi, about the same to Oltrarno. What I liked was that locals actually live in the area. I felt like I was experiencing a slice of Florentine life. I'd take my espresso & pastry every morning at a bar pasticceria, not a tourist in sight. Plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, delis, bakeries nearby. The street is well lit and I felt fairly safe walking alone at night.
I'd recommend to young travellers who don't expect the Ritz, but want something better than a hostel.
Laura's apartment is just so great! Perfectly located, fully equiped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, it is the perfect place for your stay in Florence. Absolutely reccommend it!
Siamo stati benissimo!
Very nice appartment ten minutes away from the centre of the city.
We stayed at Laura's place for 3 nights in early January and we loved it! There was everything we needed for our stay available at the apartment, and we absolutely loved the location. The apartment is on the same street as many amazing restaurants and cafés, and the beautiful Chiesa di Ognissanti is literally a 1 minute walk away. Laura was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We recommend Laura's place to everyone :)
The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our stay in Florence. It was easy to locate which is always a plus, and Laura was helpful and available if we needed anything.
Laura met us right on time in the apartment and allowed us to check in a little early. The apartment is very convenient to the train station in Florence on a nice street with a lot of cafes, shops, laundry, car rental, etc. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the center of Florence - it took us 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi from the apartment.
We stayed in the winter, and the apartment was really warm and cozy. It's small, but not too small for two people to comfortably stay, and the bed was very comfy as well. We did not cook at all, so can't comment on the kitchen. Many reviewers have remarked that the apartment was quiet, but we did not always find that to be the case. In the evenings, there was a lot of banging and noise, possibly from the restaurant kitchen below? It was hard to tell the source, but I'm a light sleeper and had trouble going to sleep in the evenings when we came in on the earlier side.
Other than the sometimes noisy evenings, this was a great deal for a cute apartment in walking distance to all of the sights in Florence.
