Guest access

Access to the private room and all shared living spaces + roof deck and grill. There's closet space available for you so you don't need to live out of your luggage, blackout shades and more luxuries.

Interaction with guests

This is a 3 bedroom shared home. Other guests are likely in San Francisco on tourism, to pitch their business plan to venture capitalists, young professionals interviewing with companies in the Bay Area, etc. Different guests work different hours, so chances are you won't see them all at once. There are two bathrooms, as a guest, you'd share it with only one of about your hosts (we live a few blocks away):
Gina: Bay Area native working at Cisco Meraki as a technical recruiter. When not daydreaming about her return to Paris, you'll find her researching the newest watering hole or best food spot in the city.

Jose: After moving around the globe, Jose has adopted SF as his home. Covering Latin American sales at Cisco Meraki from a window seat overlooking the Bay, he's usually checking out the tides to see when he can sneak out for an afternoon sail.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the heart of SF (Nob Hill) and is walking distance from:
--North Beach (Little Italy)
--Financial District
--Fisherman's Wharf
--Russian Hill
--Polk Street Bars

There are many diverse restaurants ranging in price and cuisine (Polk street (four blocks away) is crawling with authentic cuisine including Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Italian, Pakistani, Indian, Thai, Persian, French and of course American fare).

Parking: Street parking is available, but limited... There are some parking garages a short walk away for $20-30/day

Had a wonderful stay at Jose's Airbnb. Check in and out was a breeze and the apartment has a beautiful view of the Bay Bridge. Didn't get to meet Jose in person, but communication before and after the trip was great. Overall, comfortable room in a beautiful apartment.

Jose runs a tidy operation, great place to snag a room in a quiet neighborhood in central SF.

Jose User ProfileJose is a superhost.

After living in nine cities around the world, I've finally decided to call San Francisco home. Like many transplants to the Bay Area, I have a passion for technology and work in tech sales at a successful start-up. When I'm not at work, you'll most easily find me sailing around the Bay, plotting out my next adventure. Time permitting, I've enjoyed taking guests out for an awesome sail under the Golden Gate Bridge for an unforgettable SF experience.

A traveler at heart (I've lived in 9 cities), I wanted to settle in a place that would inspire new adventures and living in the heart of San Francisco definitely encourages that. With so much to do and see just steps away, I'm always out and trying new fun things around

Also a frequent guest on Airbnb, I look forward to meeting new people and enjoying their towns as much as they've enjoyed mine!
