– Apaga el aire acondicionado cuando salgas del departamento.
– Cualquier daño o pérdida será responsabilidad del huésped y deberá ser reportado de inmediato.
– Si las prendas blancas (toallas, sábanas o colchas) se manchan, se cobrará un lavado especial o el costo de reposición en caso de daño irreparable.

– El uso del roof garden está permitido de 7:00 am a 10:00 pm.
– Si deseas usar el asador, por favor avísanos con al menos un día de anticipación para prepararlo.

– Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
– Turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment.
– Any damage or loss is the guest’s responsibility and must be reported immediately.
– If white items (towels, sheets, or bedspreads) are stained, a special cleaning fee or replacement cost will be charged in case of irreversible damage.
🌇 Rooftop Use:
– The rooftop is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
– If you’d like to use the BBQ grill, please let us know at least one day in advance so we can prepare it.
