Christian est un hôte avec qui il est très facile de communiquer. Il répond très rapidement aux messages et est facilement joignable. L'appartement correspond en tous poins au descriptif et est parfait pour de courts séjours à Nice. Recommandé.
I didn't get to meet the host, but he had a friend deliver the keys to me when I arrived at Nice. The place very close to the train station, but a little further from the beach and old Nice than I had expected. The place was also a bit older than I had expected as well considering it was advertised as fully renewed.
Some things we really enjoyed about the place:
- The ceiling window (really cool)
- Bed was very comfortable, and the room was well lit
Some things that were so-so:
- A little mosquito problem (I got bitten every night)
- Bathroom window the lock is broken
Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and come back myself!
Lovely little loft apartment in a fantastic location that was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go (Nice Ville train station, Promenade des Anglais beachfront, main shopping district & old town). The apartment is new & has a lift if you have heavy luggage. We met with Christian's friend Greg who gave us some good pointers about where to go and what to see. We would definitely stay here again. Christian is great to deal with too.
The apartment is pefectly located, 10 minutes walk from the station and from the Old Town, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. I have that bad English habit of relying on other people to speak English, and we had a mix up about our arrival time. So we missed Christian, but he dispatched a friend on a motor bike, literally, to give us access to the apartment. Gregg was very helpful, showed us everything and gave us a map,
On leaving, the back came off the adaptor when we removed it from the electric socket. It was dangerous to leave it, but Christian responded right away and had someone at the flat in less than 10 minutes to switch off the electricity. So we gave poor Christian a bit of a headache, but he dealt with it all very efficiently.
Christian's apartment was a great choice for us while we were in Nice for the first time. Though we unfortunately did not get to meet Christian in person, his friend Greg met us (and was nice enough to wait since we were late) and provided us with great recommendations for the area. Christian communicated with us multiple times before our arrival and gave clear instructions on how to get to the place, which was greatly appreciated!
The apartment itself is very clean and had a spacious shower for European standards! Very safe neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach and main shopping and eating areas.
Thank you for a great stay!
The apartment is very cozy! I went with my husband and we enjoyed it very much.
The location is very well located, with supermarket, beach nearby.
and very clean, spacious.
Christian is very kind and friendly.
I recommend this apartment :)
Отличная мини квартирка мансардного типа, правда без кухни.
Хозяин отлично встретил, рассказал, что и где можно делать в Ницце и окрестностях. В целом все очень понравилось
The location of the apartment is great, three blocks down from the train station and 10 min walk to beach and old town/Massena square. The apartment was clean with all the necessary amenities (even had a mat and umbrella for the beach, but bring your own beach towels), bathroom and shower was good. The bed was a bit too soft. Christian was very helpful with showing us the apartment and giving us tips on Nice and close towns. Best recommendation was the area behind the port with all the good food (and not so touristic), near Garibaldi square. Overall, great experience in Nice!!
Great stay. No issues. Everything was as described online. Well located in Nice. Enjoyed our stay - a bit small but fine for 2 ppl for a short stay. Difficult to maneuver luggage in/out of tne apartment because elevator did not reach 6th floor - only reaches up up 5th floor.
We loved the accommodation. It is clean, breezy, spacious and in a very safe and convenient location. Close to Nice Ville train station. Christian turned up quickly and helped us into the apartment. He gave us excellent advice on where to go for hiking, biking, and good food. Christian replies immediately via SMS and email. He is friendly, professional and thorough. We hired two mountain bikes from ADA, and rode to Ville Franche (access the beach promenade by going down through the fort), then swam at Baie de Fourmis beach at Beau-lieu-sur-mer further along. Loved the old quarter, Eze, and did day trips to Cannes and Monaco. We would definitely consider coming back to Nice. Thank you Christian for adding to our wonderful experience.
