Two rooms in superb villa with views to the Mediterranean with, private bathroom, terrace and free wifi. Very close to the old town. Parking free and easy in the street.
We offer two rooms with private bathroom and terrace with view of the Mediterranean in a superb villa in Marbella center with private salt water pool. The Villa is very close to the Old-town (650 m) and 900 m away from the Marbella central bus station.
You will enjoy high speed free WIFI.
This is an independent house, not a flat. You will have your own bathroom and free access to our saltwater pool, summer kitchen, etc. We have also a nice garden/patio with a fig, a lemon and a medlar tree, where you can sit in the fresh shadow.
If you only need one of the two rooms, the other room will remain empty. We will also be happy to host families with kids who want to occupy both rooms. Ask for a discount if you bring small kids.
Parking in front of the door is possible, free and easy.
If necessary we can provide breakfast upon request for a fee, but do no recommend it as there are so many cafeterías so close and economic that is not worth to stay for breakfast.
The neighborhood is a residencial area of single independent villas. However, shops, cafes and restaurants a few meters away (50 m). Shopping centers like La Cañada, also more restaurants in the old town than you can choose from are also near.
There is a park 500 m away, with skating facilities, Tennis, etc.
We have nice dogs in the house
If you want to enjoy a very clean room with a family from Marbella, being close to everything, with great views of the mediterranean, this is your place.
As said, the Marbella central bus Station is really close, just 900 meters away, and there is a bus stop in front of the house that can bring you to the shopping center, bus station or the promenade.
I manage the informatics part of this listing from the distance (Munich), but my family will take excellently care of you, as you can see from the reviews. :-)
Many of our hosts rent a car. Sometimes they pick it in the airport and bring it back there before continuing their trip. One alternative I recommend is renting your car in Yellow Car ((website hidden)) It is a rent a car company that belongs to my high school friend Raquel. They can pick or bring you a car to our house for free (you can pick it up on the airport and let them pick it up at our house too), She will make my hosts 10-15% discount depending on the season. ask for a price! We do not have any commercial interest on this.
If you are coming by boat we have a 6 x 2,5 meter mooring for you at the Marbella sports harbor downtown. Ask if interested.
We really enjoyed our stay with Gabriel's mother. She was very welcoming, she spoke no English but my daughter has some Spanish so we got along. The views were wonderful. The beds were comfortable. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the sun deck and the pool. It was an enjoyable 15 minute walk to town and the beach. There were some lovely shops and restaurants with great products and prices.
Our stay in Marbella was just delightful. Our hostess was totally charming and nothing was too much for her. We were so pleased we gave her a bunch of flowers just before we left, most deserved in our view. The pool is just perfect, and though we were there in early March, it served us well. Towels provided for the swimming, change of bed linen frequently as we wanted, and additional towels as necessary. We were especially pleased that on arrival her son took our luggage up to our quarters after a long journey this was much appreciated. We got to know some of the family, including a lovely grandson who "charged" us and charmed us to bits. The lady does not speak English, we did speak some Spanish, but even with no common language she can make herself understood. We will be going back....guaranteed!! And you will enjoy it there to...also guaranteed!! That's a promise not a threat!! The walk into the old town is within striking distance and is certainly good to walk off the excess that you may have acquired in the bars and restaurants of the town on the way home. Certainly too many calories available there!! You just must have "zumo de naranja" wherever you go, that's natural orange juice, oh and for the boys a "carajillo" is inexpensive and gives a punch!! Enjoy. Betty & Aiden from UK/Ireland
It's a wonderfull house in a quite area. Nice family and we really enjoy the hospitality en friendly entrance.
We can recommend this house and people for sure.
I have now stayed with Gabriels parents for more than a week, and it have been everything I could hope for. I have my own space - I sleep in one room and work in the other (the wifi is fast enough to watch videstreamin like Netflix too). And I have the luxery of my own private bathroom as well. Everything is clean and nice and I have the most beautiful view of Marbella and the ocean from a terace - I again have all to myself. I came here to relax and get some personal things sorted out. From the minute I walked in, the door, I have been treated as a family member and even though we cant't speak each other languages, there are many ways to communicate. Warm and caring that's the atpmoshere, with a utter respect for my privacy. JUST what I needed, and I can't recommend a stay here enough. I have a car here, so I get around easily enough. It's a 15 minute walk down to the old city or down to the beach promenade. It's easy to find a car parking spot - often right outside the house.
I'm staying here in the coldest season - it's between 14-18 degrees outside and I have it nice and warm in my rooms because I can turn on the little heaters, if it get's cold. It's more than enough. All in all just a great experience.
We had a wonderful time in Marbella! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a huge balcony and a beautiful view. You need about 15min walking to the old part of the centre. Franziska and Paco were very friendly hosts and were very helpful. I would definitely come back.
We were in Marbella for 3 nights and two days in late October. We wished we had booked more time. The house was just lovely. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a balcony, which we used a lot in the evenings. We were greeted by Gabriel's mother who was so warm and friendly. Later we met the father who was interested in where we were from and our travels.
We swam in the lovely pool the first day- what a delight! We enjoyed seeing the garden, mosaic benches and the whole atmosphere was just perfect We felt like we had the whole house to ourselves. It was private and very comfortable. Marbella is beautiful. I highly recommend the Paseo Maritimo. We walked 12 miles all along the sea, stopping for views, beers , a swim in Puerto Banus and a long time viewing all the yachts. It was a great day. We explored the old town and saw many good restaurants both along the water and in old town. We had a late lunch at a small Italian place that was good. And coffee and toast every morning at the cafe on the main road just down from the apartment. Many locals there. I highly recommend this apartment for both families ( there is a second room) or couple traveling. This is a special place along the Costa del Sol to visit- we were pleasantly surprised. Many thanks to our hosts.
Only two words: simply perfect! :-)
A bientôt. Florence, Aurélie et Alexandra
