Excellent location in Rio Grande with beautiful gardens! This custom, expanded VERA CRUZ (Cypress) has plenty of room. Home was expanded 4’ around the exterior when built. The Lanai/Florida Room has been completely finished and expanded with gas permeable windows, cathedral ceilings - all under heat and air. Newer kitchen appliances.

My friends, Debbie and Steve will be your hosts while in The Villages.
