Located in Bend's westside, near Tetherow and Broken Top golf courses. The Parks at Broken Top is the ultimate place to call home. This is a fully furnished Queen size one bedroom, living room and kitchen, with a private patio. Sofa bed in the living room, small dining table. Close to Old Mill, OSU, bike trails and float the river, all minutes away. Mt Bachelor is only 20 minute drive. During the summer months we have a beautiful private community pool, and enjoy all our gorgeous parks.

Bright and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, full bathroom, large queen size bedroom, living room with many windows, two TV sets, private patio with Weber BBQ, high top patio set.

Guest access
With a private entrance upstairs above the garage. Dedicated parking spot (one car only).

Other things to note
3 beautiful parks in walking distance, private community pool that opens from May 25- September 25th each year. Close to the Old Mill, Mt Bachelor (20 min away) 3 miles from downtown Bend. Close to our well know Phil's bike trails.

Neighborhood highlights

The Parks at Broken Top is a beautiful community located on the westside. We have several parks and a private community pool. Conveniently located close to downtown Bend, Old Mill, OSU, golf courses, local pubs and restaurants. Also conveniently located close to Mt Bachelor (20 minutes away) and the Deschutes River and ride the amazing Phil's mountain bike trails in our back door. Bend's playground in your back ground.
