Hello everyone! I introduce myself, my name is Lorenzo. I wait for you in my delightful house situated in Rione Monti [Monti Quarter], right in the heart of the ancient Rome. The flat is on a third floor in a historic building from the XIX century in Colosseum street n°23/a and, just outside the main entrance, you can admire, right in front of you, a beautiful sight over the Colosseum, the Arch of Costantine and - last but not least - the Imperial Forums. If you're not too amazed from the view to cross the threshold, you'll find inside a living room communicating with the kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and a comfortable table with chairs to eat in tranquillity. The flat is fully furnished and with all comforts: - air conditioning; - wifi internet; - telephone; - dishwasher; - washing machine; - oven; - microwave; -toaster, boiler, crockery, cutlery, pots, cups, glasses; -coffee machine; - tv; - dvd player; The flat has 3 bedrooms…: -1 bedroom with matrimonial bed for 2 people; -1 bedroom with 1 single beds for 1 person or 1 matrimonial bed for 2 people -1 bedroom with sofa bed (2 single beds for 2 person or 1 matrimonial bed for 2 people).and possible together another single bed. … and 2 baths: - the master one complete with all the necessary equipment, a shower and a hairdryer; - the second one smaller but with smart fittings. Colosseum street is a very quiet street and it is well connected to the rest of the city, indeed you can find the Colosseum stop of the metro (Line B) at a 50 m distance and lots of bus stops. Very convenient location one block from Colosseum. Held our family of 7 people well. Met at the door as we climbed out of the taxi . The apartment was very quiet despite the location. We easily visited the heart of Rome sights on foot. We bought groceries and ate at home --very nice--and ate out often throughout the city. Took Metro to Vatican but otherwise walking was fun and convenient. Nightlife around Forum including lighted movie presentations and night viewing of lit Forum. We ran Circus Maximus in the evening, too. Lots of nearby Italian cafes and gelato. We used Mr Bike bike rental business to store our bags on our departure day.

This location is very convenient for tourist attractions. We stayed here five nights and were able to quickly get to all locations by walking or in a few cases the metro. Lorenzo was very responsive and met us right on time. Checkin and checkout were very easy. The air conditioning worked very well. So did the washer and stove. There is only 1 shower but that still worked ok for 5 of us. The shower is a bit small and quirky, but that seems to be common in Italy. There is wifi. We did find it sometimes dropped, but we had our own hot spot. It does have an elevator so that saved us from dragging our luggage up. There is also a lot of closet space and a real American coffee maker in addition to expresso. There is a door at the road and several gates, so it is very secure. And even though we were right downtown, there was no nighttime noise. A good central location to stay.

While there were a few small issues, this is a wonderful location!! The apartment is in the center of everything!!! Lorenzo and his team made any additional accommodations for us which made our trip very smooth.

It was a nice place. We did have some issues with the water and air conditioning the last day we were there. It was a major inconvenience but after talking with Lorenzo for a day or 2 he agreed to a refund of that last day. The place was clean and in a good area

If you were going to round, this is the place! The most perfect location. Literally steps away from the Colosseum and the Batra. We loved staying here so much that we added an extra night. It is very clean and has everything you need. It is a little bit of a tight space but Who needs that when you can be out exploring Rome? Lots of towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very safe with multiple box to get in and the hosts are very kind and flexible. We even added extra night so we could do a day trip down to Naples and I am off the coast. We would definitely stay here again. The absolute perfect location.
