This apartment was rented for 4 months by my daughter - a Bocconi exchange student. She loved the location - short walking distance (under 10 minutes) to the University, metro, tram, grocery store, gym, park. It's a safe neighbourhood and building. Yuki and Paolo were very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything she needed and she was happy with it. Even though there's no oven, the microwave and stove worked well and she didn't miss it. Would definitely recommend!
Appartement fonctionnel dans un quartier animé. Un peu bruyant. Les hôtes sont tes réactifs et sympathiques.
Yuki is absolutely a very helpful landlord! She always replies my question promptly with full patience!
The room is very cozy and homy. I especially like the queen size bed and the fully furnished kitchen. Everything is very new and well functioned.
The neighborhood is safe and convenient. There are two elementary schools near around so I often see parents with kids walking on the street. Supermarket, pharmacy, dry-clean, bakery store, restaurants are all in 5 min walking distance. I especially enjoy Farmer's market during Friday morning (and weekends?). It's just right downstairs with all the fresh Italian cheese, vegetable and seafood.
Last, the transportation around is also good. It is easy to take subway and bus to get to Duomo, Central station and Bocconi University.
Overall, it's a good stay!
Very convenient location and charming, comfortable apartment. Yuki was a responsive host who made sure we had everything we needed.
My roommate and I spent 4 months in this apartment while we were students at Bocconi. It is a small space but worked for 2 people. We loved the location of the apartment - it is a 10 minute walk to Bocconi University, and less than a 5 minute walk to the Porta Romana metro stop (on the yellow line). There are lots of little restaurants and cafes near the apartment (we especially loved Refeel Cafe on Sabotino). Yuki and Paolo were great hosts; they were easy to contact and would come if we ever needed anything. Yuki was really thoughtful and had food in the fridge when we got there, brought warmer linens when the weather changed, brought us a cake near the holidays, and changed some of the furniture to better suit our needs. There is no oven if that is important to you, but everything else was great. We enjoyed our time in the apartment, and would definitely recommend Yuki as a host!
