This is one of the coolest areas, with easy access to the beach just five minutes away walking. Local people only, forget the tourist land and immerse on the great Poblenou district. The apartment is great, has everything and has space, don't miss!
Great, simple & comfortable apartment that hosts upto five:
Two in double bedroom
Two in next double bedroom
One in single bedroom
Located in trendy Poblenou area, were the warehouses are starting to become undie refurbished lofts, makes this location quiet yet with much to discover and close to the beach (three blocks away). It's near the Bogatell metro stop (yellow line) and close to bus lines. If you're planning on biking around (we recommend), the centre is reachable in about 15/20 minutes.
The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need for cooking:
Satellite TV (local channels)
Cot on request

We liked very much the apartment in Poble Nou. Maria and Jessica were very helpful and responded always our questions very quickly via internet. The internet-wifi worked perfectly and the house was clean and cosy. The washing machine broke in one point and next day they brought us a new one. Great service!
There are some nice paintings on the walls. It is an old style house with high ceilings and we appreciated a lot that the owner had respected the original style of this beautiful house, for example the tiles in the living room and one bedroom were the originals, with modernist motifs. It is two blocks from the beach and the neigbourhood is quiet.
As we had a small baby with us it was great that the apartment had central heating that worked properly and this was a great advantage as in Barcelona most of the buildings dont have central heating.
The only disadvantages I could think of are related to the "family friendliness". The elevator was not in the level of the entrance (you had to climb some steps to reach the elevator) and it was very small (though it is true that Maria had said to us that it is too small). Also a big glass that is in the bathroom as a bath curtain seemed a bit dangerous for children as it was not too stable.
We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.
