Tracy's home is the most guest-friendly Airbnb place I've stayed in. She is super nice and is obviously a seasoned host. The design of her place is beautiful!
Tracy is a very friendly and accommodating host, and it was pleasant staying at her place. Her home is very warm and inviting. We stayed two separate nights in the Dill St. house, which was beautifully decorated. Her two dogs are very sweet. The two rooms we stayed in were very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Nice clean linens and towels were provided, as well as slippers (much appreciated).
House is located on a small, local main street in an older neighborhood, with a Marta station in the vicinity. We had a car, so accessibility and travel was easy for us.
Communication was easy, as well as check-in/out (Tracy was helpfully flexible about arrival time).
Would certainly stay with Tracy again when in Atlanta!
Tracy is very accommodating and her house is quite comfortable and artistically furnished. Interaction with the other guests and Tracy's friends was pleasant, sort of like staying in hostel but with people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. The house is located near a Marta station which provides quick and convenient access throughout Atlanta directly to/from the airport. I purchased a one week pass which allowed me unlimited travel for around $24 which was a great bargain. One thing to note if you don't have a vehicle is the lack of food stores or restaurants within close walking distance, but that's where Marta comes in handy.
I stayed in the Vintage bungalow and the place was exactly like the pictures and Tracy was very cool as well as the other guests. I ended up getting a different place to stay because the neighborhood was REALLY bad. South side Atlanta is a bad area to be walking around in....just a warning.
I stayed with Tracy for a single night when I went for a concert in Atlanta. It was a lovely stay. Tracy is a fun and interesting person. She showed me around the town a little bit during my short stay. This property is very close to downtown - it only took about 10 minutes to drive to the center. The room was comfortable and the house was quite homey.
Walking into a home of such warmth, personalized character and love was such a wonderful experience for my first visit to Atlanta (and definitely not my last)! The pictures really do not do it justices. The decorating is absolutely beautiful and so personal. The house areas are wonderful and relaxing. The location is perfect - an easy hop onto the highway. Unlike many houses listed, this is a fully decorated HOME, and I felt instantly relaxed and at home. Though, I did stay in just a room, it was quiet and I loved the touch of the vanity!
Tracy is very caring (makes amazing iced coffees) and compassionate as well as very artistic and knowledgeable about Georgia, the scene and its rich history... She is an amazing host. I will definitely book again when Im back in Atlanta!
Tracy is very welcoming and helpful. Great accommodation with wifi. House is a 5 min walk from MARTA station. I was able to do everything by public transportation. 10 mins from airport, 10/15 mins from downtown. I would definitely stay there again.
I couldn't be happier regarding my current stay. House is clean, rate is economical, and location is within 15 minutes of my job site, downtown.
I had a wonderful stay. Tracy is a lovely host, and she has excellent taste in everything. The bed was very comfortable; I slept like a rock. And the dogs are very sweet and laid-back. An excellent experience.
It was a great thing to be able to count on Tracy for the beginning of our trip and the end. Excitement and Sadness found a balance of calm in Tracy's hands. Thanks again for making this trip the magical dream I knew it would be.
