➡️ Please note that the space is ideal for one or two families, and while the total occupancy limit is eight people, we have a limit of four adults as the top bunks are not suitable for adults. Children under two do not count against occupancy, per the terms of service.
➡️ Early check-in and late check-out times are available for an additional fee, providing there are no reservations within 24 hours of your arrival or departure. Visit the "Other details to note" section for specific pricing.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire property, minus the owner's storage closet in the primary bedroom and the cleaner's closet in the hallway.
Guests will receive a key code before arrival. This code will be issued 5 days before check-in, but only if the rental agreement is completed. Every guest gets a unique code for your safety, which will become inactive immediately at checkout.

📜 To comply with our insurance policy and ensure a smooth check-in process that maintains security for all our guests, we require a signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID to confirm your reservation. Feel free to block out any sensitive information, such as your identification number. We require the photo and name to match the reservation details and the address to be visible.

◉Firewood Delivery can be arranged at the rate of $75 for a half rick of wood. This amount is generally enough for a few cozy fires over a couple of days. Let us know if you would like us to have some ready for your stay. 3 day notice required.

◉Early check-in requests can be made 24 hours before check-in. If we have guests checking out the same day you are scheduled to arrive, we will be unable to offer any early check-in. The following fee schedule will apply, if available: $100 for 9am arrival, $60 for 12:00pm arrival, $35 for 2:00pm arrival. These rates are doubled if your stay includes any portion of a holiday weekend.
◉Late check-out requests have to be made 24 hours before your scheduled check-out time. If we have guests checking in the same day, we will be unable to accommodate any late check out requests. The following fee schedule will apply, if available: $100 for 6pm departure, $60 for 3:00pm departure, $35 for 1:00pm departure. These rates are doubled if your stay includes any portion of a holiday weekend.
📜 Due to the owner’s medical needs and personal use of the space, this property holds an exemption from assistance animal requirements and does not allow pets or animals of any kind. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain an allergy-safe environment. Per Oklahoma HB3282, misrepresentation of a service animal is unlawful and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
📜 Seasonal gas fireplaces in the living room and patio available from October 1st to March 31st. Fireplaces will not be activated or terminated mid stay.
