My wife and I stayed in the Queen Suite. It is perfect for two people, and very comfortable. The suite includes a bedroom, private bathroom and a kitchenette. The house and rooms were very clean, and Cameron was an excellent host. The house is very close to the Grand Hyatt, (where a friend was getting married) and the beach.
When we return to Kauai, we hope to book with Cameron again.
Great location and our host had very thoughtfully provided for our stay. Warm hospitality in the form of tasty chocolates greeted us and beach gear was available for snorkeling and boogie boarding on the front porch. I highly recommend Cameron's suites for the traveller seeking lodging on Kauai.
Our 12 night vacation stay on Kaua'i started with 2 nights at Cameron's place. The difference in airfare for not flying Fri/Sat/Sun pretty much paid for our stay.
While we did not get to meet Cameron in person (not home during our stay), his instructions to gain access to the Queen suite for our two night visit were detailed and complete. Quiet peaceful neighborhood.
Comfortable bedroom, private bath, sitting area with TV, microwave and even a little fridge for drinks and sliding door to a little shaded wooden deck to enjoy morning quiet with juice and friendly cat to stroke. Just what we needed after the long early flight.
Great location within short walking (maybe 15min) distance to Kauai's famous Poipu beach and even shorter walk to the pool/Jacuzzi.
No problems encountered, would definitely recommend. Thanks, Cameron for sharing your home.

Great location, great value with kitchenette, living room and privacy. Cameron left us with detailed notes about the property and surrounding area as well chocolates made on Hawaii which was a welcomed surprise! We did happen to have to deal with two cockroaches on our stay, which wasn't a huge deal for us, but from what I understand it is common in the area and I know Cameron is doing all he can as he sprays the place monthly. Other than that the unit was very clean and neat. The beach nearby and location we're prime incentives as well.
We had a wonderful time in the Queen Suite. Cam welcomed us with some delicious chocolates and very thorough notes about the place and neighborhood. The Queen Suite was a good size for a couple and one single but any more would have been too much. Be prepared to fall in love with cat that visits the back porch, walks to the neighborhood, the pool, the hot tub, and nearby beach front. Perfect distance from the Hyatt and Sheraton if you are there for a conference but want some quiet reprieve.
Cam was very nice and the place was very clean and inviting. He even left us a box of chocolates on our bed as a gift. Great spot and close to the Hyatt and beach.
I was given a notice of three pages when I entered the door. Cameron list a lot of things which makes more like a lease...
He's nice and friendly. The bathroom is clean. The bedroom is a little small but OK. The kitchen has some roaches, which is typical in this area?I'm not sure. Cam said he hired a company to treat this monthly.
The location is great! Nice place to walk at sunset.
There's an outdoor cat named Chica, be cautious, my daughter got allergy with him, although she's usually OK with most cats.
Everything else was good, especially I saw Cam's hiking photos on the wall ^_^
