East-facing waterfront will allow you to enjoy wonderful sunrises. The home comfortably sleeps 9+ and offers year-round, unobstructed panoramic views of the lake. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, rent a boat/jet ski/paddle board/kayak, dine at Skogies across the water at Gainesville Marina and more.

MAIN FLOOR BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: Master, King Bed with en-suite | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: King Bed | NOTES: All three bedrooms are located along a hallway on the front side of the house. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom that is located in-between them in the hallway. This bathroom is also accessed from the common space.

TERRACE LEVEL BEDROOMS: Bedroom 4: King Bed | NOTES: [We have a Bedroom 5 that will be locked due to County regulations for advertising this short term rental. HOWEVER, if you and your group are interested in the extra space please reach out to us to adjust the pricing for your particular need. The 5th bedroom contains a Full Bed and 4 Twin built-in bunk beds.] Both bedrooms share a bathroom that is located next to Bedroom 5. This bathroom is also accessed from the common space.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, chef kitchen, 4 burner stove with griddle, granite countertops, large kitchen island, cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, dishware/flatware, paper towels/trash bags

INDOOR LIVING: 3 Smart TVs w/ cable, Foosball Table, Pool Table, Shuffleboard, board games, Projection Screen/movie room, wood-burning fireplace, commercial grade icemaker, expansive windows throughout w/ natural lighting and sliding doors

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deep water boat dock (gentle slope with stepped path) w/ covered single slip & upper deck, front porch w/ seating, two large back decks w/ seating & several outdoor dining tables, grill, private hot tub, lake view, lake access, and Solo Stove fire pit

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, iron/board, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry

Guest access
PARKING: Large driveway can accommodate 5-6 vehicles, trailer parking allowed on-site, we urge guests to park in driveway if at all possible.

Guests do not have access to three basement closet spaces or main floor hallway owners closet. Guest also will not have access to the covered garage space. Also a kitchen pantry will be locked and restricted. And finally, the 5th bedroom located on the terrace level will be locked unless otherwise agreed upon with host prior to your stay.

Use of wave runner and boat is not included with stay. Please do not uncover or touch either vehicle.

We do not provide life vests. Please bring your own.

Other things to note
Bring your own firewood for upstairs fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Basement fireplace does not work, please do not use.

There is no barrier around the lake. Children must be supervised by the water.

Main entry requires 4 steps to access (railing is in place).

Gentle Slope to access lake. Be aware of this, especially if you plan to carry heavy cooler.

Boat ramp to launch your water vehicle located just a few miles away at Simpson Park.

Over 149 feet of Lakefront property with huge (32X32) single slip double-decker dock with ladder over deep water and also separate staircase leading down to water from the shoreline. Beautiful Cove location, great for swimming off the dock. House has been renovated throughout.

Hi, I’m Kendal. I was born in Georgia and have called it home ever since. Growing up I spent most weekends boating and playing on the lake. My husband and kids now share my sentiment. With our hectic schedules we can’t get up to visit as often as we’d like so we opened it up to those who can also appreciate the love we put into our lake cabin.
