Eliza's three storey semi detached beach house, is located just 10 meters from Nikiti's sandy beach.Apart from the upper ground floor kitchen and living-dining room,you may also enjoy the spacious and shady veranda. The first floor balcony, is ideal for your breakfast or remote working.There are two bedrooms in the first floor and two bathrooms,one in 1st floor and one in the upper ground floor.A third bedroom is in the lower ground floor. Outdoors you will find a shower and a large barbecue .
