Beautiful well appointed apartment. Lots of fun design elements and super comfy sleeping quarters. My guests always remark how much they love the apartment and how clean it is. Work and relax in comfort. Business Travel ready with 24-hour check-in, wifi, and the whole place to yourself. Be your most productive self while sneaking in a vacation. Our just come vacation. Both are ideal in our imaginative space.

The space
Located in the heart of Historic OTR & the Entertainment District. Walk to all the best bars + restaurants, galleries + unique retail shops + Washington Park + Reds + Bengals... Plus free parking! We have 2 other listings in our historic building, both are 2 bedroom.

An automated, personalized key code will be sent to you a day or so before your stay for access into the building. The olive green outside door is clearly labeled 1332. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, first door on the left. The apartment will be unlocked with the key and the parking pass on the kitchen counter.

Over the Rhine (OTR) is Cincinnati’s prized historic district, home of the nation’s largest collection of 19th-century Italianate architecture and adjacent to the Central Business District as well as the bustling Brewery District. This thriving arts community includes several theatres, the world-renowned Music Hall, home to the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Opera, Ballet and Luminocity at Washington Park an eight-acre civic green space full of activities day and night. OTR is comprised of local shops, one-of-a-kind restaurants, historic Findlay Market, eclectic art galleries and a diverse population. If you are a sports fan you can walk or ride the streetcar to the stadiums along the river. Enjoy Ziegler Park and Pool directly behind the apartment.

You can get just about anywhere of foot. 1/2 block away are Red Bike Rentals. UBER and taxi's frequent this area especially at night. The new Cincinnati streetcar begins operation September 9, 2016, running up to 18 hours a day and 365 days a year The fare is $1 for two hours and $2 for a day pass! The streetcar route is 3.6 miles long, travelling on a loop from Second Street (at The Banks on the riverfront) to Findlay Market in OTR. We are located 1 & 1/2 blocks from the Streetcar pick up.

Collective Espresso around the corner and Iris Book Cafe across the street, And coffee maker in kitchen too. Parking pass included for free parking in The Ziegler Parking Garage behind the apartment

There is one queen bed. For additional guests twins beds are available upon request. Metered parking in OTR can be costly and a big hassle especially on weekends. Thats why we provide a parking pass for the Ziegler parking garage directly behind our apartment.
