This professionally designed coastal farmhouse was designed to transport you to a magical place where the old country road meets the sandy shoreline. Chic coastal shops, nostalgic candy emporiums, and fresh seafood restaurants are only 2 blocks away on Marine Ave. This 2 story cottage plus detached studio has all the modern amenities and luxuries you'll need to slow down and appreciate your time away on the island. ***PLEASE READ***:

ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS, PARTIES or
LARGE GATHERINGS. This includes bachelorette/bachelor celebrations, birthday parties, baby showers, etc... No exceptions. Our home is only for a small group that want a relaxing trip on the Island in a quiet residential area. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ALL TIMES. Quiet Hours are between 9:00pm - 7:00am. Any violation of our House Rules will result in cancellation of your stay.

This listing is for a cottage for 7 guests plus a back detached studio over the garage that accommodates 2 guests (pictures of the studio are included in the listing as Bedroom 4, Bathroom 3 and Kitchen 2).

The main cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate maximum of 7 guests. The detached studio accommodates a maximum of 2 guests + infant and has a queen bed, crib, kitchen, dining table for 2, office desk and bathroom (pictures are included in the listing as bedroom 4, bathroom 3 and kitchen 2) but you can also see more photos and detailed information in our separate Nest listing which you can view by clicking on our profile photo and going through the list of our other AirBnb listings.

The studio is located on the same lot as the main cottage and is located above the detached garage (accessed via a stairway).

You may park one car in the garage and there is free street parking (just take note of the street sweeping days and times during the week).

The short term permit number for the detached studio is SLP 13816. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have concerning the 2 spaces.

The maximum occupancy for the main cottage is 7 guests and the studio accommodates an additional 2 guests. Total occupancy is 9 at all times. There is a garage where you may park a car and there is free street parking (just take note of the street sweeping days and times during the week).

Other things to note
There is ongoing construction by the City to put utility lines underground. While our alleyway has already been completed please be aware there may be some street detours and slight traffic delays.

There are voice activated Amazon Echos throughout the home for your convenience. All the devices have the shutter closed over the camera. The slider button on top of the device should be positioned to the right. You may also unplug the devices if you would prefer not to use them during your stay.

We are flexible with our check-in and check-out times and will work with you, to the best of our abilities, to accommodate any requests.
