✹This spacious (1300 sq ft), recently remodeled and beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA + bunk space condo is located at the luxury, amenity-rich, Gulf-front AQUA Beach Resort. In 2021, this condo was fully renovated and remodeled with new flooring, new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and all new furniture and décor.
✹FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided with this rental, which includes 2 Lounge Chairs + an oversized umbrella (a $50/day value!) from March - October!
✹The updated kitchen is fully stocked with more than the basics (coffee/tea bar, oils/spices, Tupperware, plenty of pots/pans/cookware) so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We provide a generous supply of kitchen supplies and other household (dishpods, laundry pods, soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags, tin foil, etc.) and toiletry items. No stingy host here! Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats 6 with additional seating at the counter-height kitchen bar.
✹The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, beachy decor, a 65" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, HUGE Gulf views through 9 foot sliding doors. The spacious balcony offers breathtaking views of the famous sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach.
✹Down the hall, there is a stacked washer and dryer and built in bunk space that is perfect for the kids. The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed, closet, 50" Smart TV mounted on the wall, and large bathroom with dual vanity, stand up shower, and soaker tub. The second bedroom also has a King bed, 50" Smart TV, and private bath.

For your grocery needs, Pier Park has a Target, Wal-Mart, and Fresh Market. Along Front Beach Road there are numerous other restaurants within walking distance Aqua, including Shuckums Oyster Bar and Pub, Diego's Burrito Factory, Moe's BBQ, Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant, Senor Frogs Beach Bar and Grill, and Barefoot Hideway Grill. The broader Panama City Beach area has loads of attractions including Shipwreck Island Water Park, WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe it or Not, Zoo World, and more!

✹ NO SMOKING
✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ AQUA Building Management charges $50 per vehicle for parking. The registration link for your parking pass will be send prior to arrival. Sorry, but this expense is outside of my control as building management requires that guests register their own vehicles.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
