Timmy's Lot is settled among the trees, overlooking a barn, that sprawls our wooded property. 15 min away from GM plant in Spring Hill and 30 minutes from Nashville.

It is a cozy quiet place for relaxation and cooking outdoors. Bring your camper for 50amp power with full hookup. Additional $2/day charge for any units with 4+slides or triple axle or 3+ a/c unit. 2 vehicles max.

Other things to note
Our XL campsite offers water (approx 20ft), electric (approx 60ft) and septic (approx 1 ft) hookups located from the rear of the pad. Please note that the site may require additional leveling, so plan accordingly.

Price is for 2 adults/2 children. Any additional guests are $5/day, 6 people max. Year long agreements are also avail for $16,000.

Additional power cords are available for $5/day
