The room was spacious and comfy, and Carla is a host who really wants to make her guests feel at home! If you want somewhere close to the sights of West London (Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, etc.) and really really close to Heathrow, with a host who cares about her guests, it's a great place to book.
I had a good stay at Carla's place. She was quite welcoming and nice. The place is tidy and good value for money. The neighbourhood is quiet and I slept well throughout my stay.
Carla made me feel very comfortable, she was always prompt in her responses to any questions I had. She gave me clear directions to her place, which is great if you want to be relatively close to Heathrow. I appreciated her effort in making my stay there very pleasant. Overall the place was very functional and is very very good value for money. The place is well connected with the bus service running 24/7 and quite frequently too. The nearest bus stop is a 6-7 min walk. I would definitely recommend Carla's place if you are looking for a value for money functional place and a very warm host.
Carla is a great host, and made me and my wife feel very welcome and at home. We were able to drive to Twickenham in about 7 mins and walking would have taking about 30 mins. We were pleased with the twin room, which was clean and spacious and there were adequate facilities for breakfast and storing food in the kitchen. The local area also has a Sainsbury's nearby and a number of fast food restuarants in close proximity. Carla also provided us with home cooked meals in the evening which were healthy and delicious.
Carla was a very friendly, outgoing & helpful host. Her pre-arrival communication was excellent. The house was full of guests while I was there; Carla had 3 rooms to let at the time & there was an interesting assortment of guests from workers like myself to tourists & students. My work hours meant I was out before anyone was up & home again late evening which left me not much time or energy to really chat to Carla or many of the other guests. However, the house was fine for what I needed & I wish Carla the best for the future.
