Welcome to this little mountain gem, or as we like to call it, Hi Meadow Haven! Take in breathtaking views from multiple outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying Colorado’s natural beauty. With convenient access to Hwy 285, Staunton State Park, Red Rocks, local wedding venues, and countless outdoor activities just minutes away, this getaway puts everything within reach. Less than 1 hr from Denver and 90 mins from world-class ski resorts, this stay is a refreshing escape from the daily grind.

The space
This house has a very open layout with plenty of natural light. Great for a weekend away with friends, or even a family vacation to explore beautiful CO. Enough space to sleep 6 comfortably with room to relax and unwind. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck with the grill or cook a meal for family and friends in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you should need! Take in the views outside on our cozy patio or sip some morning coffee on one of the mountain facing decks.

Guest access
All parts of the house will be accessible except the garage.

For safety and maintenance reasons, the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. There is an outdoor fire pit instead taking in the beautiful views!

Our neighborhood is very quiet. Our neighbors enjoy their privacy so please respect their wishes.

Our road is very light with traffic and great for a walk or mountain bikes.

Be aware that there is wild life in the area. It is very typical to see deer on the property during the day and potentially bear and other wild life at night. Please do not leave any food outside during the night.

The town of Bailey is just minutes away and has a few restaurants, a brewery, a winery, an ice cream spot and gift shops. Bailey is a small town full of friendly people! Conifer is right around the corner, as well!
