I'm here for you during your stay, though the level of interaction is entirely up to you. While I live in Barcelona, I'm very responsive and available 24/7 by phone or message. You'll be able to self-check in upon arrival, and I have a trusted team in Andorra to handle any repairs or technical issues . Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel, and I kindly ask you to treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I'll do my best to take action ASAP, though there's no one living on-site 24/7. I also have insurance for emergency situations.
As a legal rental apartment (License number HUT1-005843) I must comply with certain requirements. One of them is registering each of my guests into Andorra's ROAT. For this, once your reservation is confirmed, I will ask for the full name, nationality, date of birth and country of residence of all guests. For anyone 16 or older, I will also need a picture of their ID or passport. This is mandatory for me and I cannot accept check-ins without this information. All legal rentals in Andorra, including hotels, will ask for this information.
We don't clean or do laundry ourselves using a home washing machine. Instead, a professional cleaning company handles it after each check-out, using industrial-grade cleaning products and strict protocols. All laundry is done at a hotel-grade facility, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Please note that parking spaces in Andorra can be a bit tight, and our spot is best for medium-sized cars. If you’re driving a larger vehicle, it might be a bit tricky to fit. I just want to make sure everything goes smoothly for your stay!
