Completely remodeled in 2018, Casa Goxua 2 is a spectacular 2BR serviced apartment that combines an outstanding location with impressive amenities & aesthetic. We're located just 5 blocks from the Jardin & its many activities, restaurants, shops & art galleries. Amenities include weekday cleaning service, purified water system, strong & reliable Wi-Fi, cable TV, safe, remote controlled-fireplaces, outdoor spaces & a rooftop plunge pool.

The space
This is a two-bedroom apartment. As you enter the front courtyard, you will go up one flight stairs & enter this beautiful space. This apartment has two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king-sized bed & a second bedroom with two individual beds that can be set up into a king bed. Both bedrooms have a remote-controlled fireplace, smart TV & ensuite bathrooms that include spacious closets, hairdryers & programmable safes.

The second bedroom is at the front of the house & has a gracious bay window where you can sit, read & enjoy some quiet time. The headboard is made of Mexican style that is both stunning and elegant. It is mirrored by the same finish on the fireplace. There's also a small desk for a private work space. The ensuite bathroom has granite countertops, double sinks, space heater & a large shower.

There is a half bathroom for your guests that has it's own unique style & it will surely impress.

Past the entry hallway, you will find an open concept kitchen, dining room & living room area. The kitchen has a contemporary industrial design with granite countertops, farmhouse kitchen sink, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher & wine chiller. It is completely outfitted with dishes, cooking utensils, glassware & all the basics to get you started.

The living room has a modern design as well with a fireplace, smart TV & ample seating to relax after a day of fun in San Miguel or to entertain guests. The dining room is surrounded by windows & plants and has an outdoor feel. It is beautiful during the daytime & stunning at night with enhancing outside lights.

Up the stairs you will find both the master bedroom & the rooftop terrace.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private terrace with table, chairs and umbrella & extra bench seating on the sides. The perfect place to enjoy your favorite book, listen to music & bask in the sun -- your own little oasis. The ensuite bathroom also has double sinks, hairdryer, shower & bathtub. The closets are ample, well-lit & organized.

An open air hallway leads to the main roof terrace. It is full of plants, with comfortable seating for six & a chaise lounge. It has a magnificent dipping pool, surrounded by planters that give you both ambiance & privacy.

Los Organos is a quiet, one-way residential street and, most times, has very light traffic. Additionally, our property is set back from the street by the front courtyard.
