The Orchard Overlook is situated in the middle of our 1,000 acre apple orchard. This house truly has it all. Heated pool + new hot tub in addition to a gym, wood burning fire place, a fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect house to stay at to enjoy everything the country has to offer. Escape from it all, relax and enjoy special time. Or catch a show, go apple picking or enjoy a tasting at Apple Hill. The #1 apple orchard in the country is 3 minutes away!

Welcome to The Orchard Overlook!
Nestled in our 1,000-acre apple orchard, this recently renovated house offers stunning views of Apple Valley. Beak & Skiff Orchards, in business since 1911, represents our five-generation family legacy. Enjoy relaxing on the deck with panoramic views of our orchards, the Carrier Dome, and possibly bison on the Onondaga Reservation on a clear day. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or exploring local attractions. Enjoy a true slice of countryside charm!
The space
BEDROOMS:
Each bedroom is designed for comfort with carefully selected beds, linens, and décor. Ceiling fans ensure a cool and refreshing atmosphere during warmer months.
BATHROOMS:
Our bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. For additional supplies, please use the key in the electrical closet in the basement. Reach out if you need assistance.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals with:
- Fridge/freezer
- Stovetop
- Microwave
- Oven
- Crockery and cutlery
- Dishwasher
- Coffee machine
Enjoy complimentary basic food and beverages upon arrival—a taste of Beak & Skiff’s offerings, including hard cider, spirits, fresh cider, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and cannabis beverages.
TELEVISION AND AMENITIES:
Two flat-screen smart TVs (living room and lower-level game room) with Spectrum cable. Multiple speakers and an Alexa device are available for music and trivia.
LAUNDRY:
The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and detergent for your convenience.
PARKING:
The garage accommodates up to 2 cars, with additional driveway parking available.
POOL AND HOT TUB:
The pool, open from June to September, is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please supervise children and keep the gate closed when not in use. The hot tub is available year-round, typically set to 100 degrees, offering a relaxing soak with beautiful views.
GAME ROOM AND GYM:
Relax and play in the lower-level game room with a ping pong table and TV lounge area. The gym features a Peloton Bike—please bring your own Peloton shoes to enjoy it fully.

The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay. The doors are code-operated for easy self check-in. You will receive check-in instructions and access codes one week before your arrival via the Airbnb app. The codes will grant you access to all areas of the home, including the pool, hot tub, and other amenities. Here, you can indulge in apple picking, savor our delectable cider donuts, sample our hard cider and spirits, and enjoy live outdoor music. In the Fall, the orchard is bustling with activities from 10 AM to 8 PM daily, with the last wagon ride at 5 PM. Be sure to try our famous Apple Cider Donuts and visit the 1911 Established Tasting Room for a true taste of Beak & Skiff.
