Almost Heaven! The town of Bayou Des Allemands, a well-kept secret, is the Catfish Capital of the Universe. Just 28 minutes from New Orleans, guests will find beautiful scenery, unmatched sunsets, and a comfortable and private 3 bed 3 bath home with old school charm.
Your stay includes a private boat launch, fishing pier, bald eagles, blue herons, and the state bird, the brown pelican.
Parking is off-street, and always free.

The space
The house is a two-story A-frame. Upstairs guests will find a king-sized bed, Jacuzzi tub, full bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, 4 spacious closets, and a loft area with a great view of Bayou Des Allemands. Downstairs offers a full kitchen, large pantry, chest freezer, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchenette, exercise room, a Jacuzzi hot tub, and a screened porch with a beautiful cypress swing. The 1/2-acre yard is completely fenced with lockable gates and offers ample parking inside the gates.
