Kerellec is well situated for various trips, 3 km from the city center of St Pol de Léon, 5 km from Roscoff ferryport and 2 km from the famous Dossen beach.
The space
House " Ouessant" is inside of 2 water arms..the river L'Horn and the water that passes through the turbine...so your are as on a little island ! With his 75 square meters it is quiet cozy, well decorated and offers with his 2 bedrooms in the first floor enough space for up to 6 persons and offers a marvelous view over the meadows where sheeps are grazing most of the time. You can get directly from the living room in the garden, where in springtime and summer garden furniture and barbecue wait for you...a few hens and chickens have their home at the end of the garden.. The entrance hall is quiet big, allows festivities and is used as storeroom for bikes, surfborards and so on....There is a parking for 2 cars in the inner courtyard. In an other building you can play table tennis and the rowingboat can be used on the river…
My parents rented this accommodation for many years, including the last 5 years on AirBnB (250 comments, rating 4,84)...I will continue on this path! The house is classified 2 stars
Guest access
The house is completely independent. Arrival and departure is possibel when organized together at any day and nighttime. The guests have acces to the privat garden, the court of the mill, 2 to 3 parkings, fishing is possibel anywhere, the guests can play ping-pong in the mill (please ask us), and they can use the landing stage to use the rowboats.

Tailend / cleaning:
After having tred out different options, today we do exclusively the starting cleaning ourselves. The cleaning fee is not included in the payment paid online via AirBnB, and is payable on arrival (cash or postal check). Rates vary according to the number of people and the length of stay.
We now ask you to unpack the beds, collect the laundry in the bathroom basket, leave the mattress protectors, take out the garbage bag, wash and store your last dishes in the right place before your departure.

1 night: 1/2 pers. 10 €, 3/4 pers. 15 €, 5/6 pers. 20 €
2 nights: 1/2 pers. 15 €, 3/4 pers. 20 €, 5/6 pers. 25 €
3 nights: 1/2 pers. 20 €, 3/4 pers. 25 €, 5/6 pers. 30 €
4 to 5 nights: 1/2 pers. 26 €, 3/4 pers. 32 €, 5/6 pers. 40 €
6 to 7 nights: 1/2 pers. 38 €, 3/4 pers. 42 €, 5/6 pers. 50 €
8 nights and +: 1/2 pers. 45 €, 3/4 pers. 50 €, 5/6 pers. 60€
LINEN / TOWELS :
We prefer that our guests bring their own sheets and towels for short stays between 1 and 3 nights. The linen package (including sheets, pillow covers and duvets, towels and kitchen towels) can be provided for € 6.00/person/stay. Please let us know in time whether you will need them. Up from 2 nights the beds are prepared than and from 4 nights up the linen package is provided free of charge and included in the price you paid online.
We use pillows 60 x 60 and duvets 135 x 190 cm.
We can put at your disposal a baby-bed, thank you to let us know, before your arrival, if you want us to install it.
PETS:
A medium-sized dog and/ or a cat are allowed, however provide an extra cleaning for dogs from stays of 3 nights of € 10! Animals must not go upstairs, enter the rooms, or climb on the sofa/ armchairs. If your dog is wet after a walk in the rain or a bath, please dry it in the lobby before letting it in. The next visitors may be very sensitive to smells and hair. Do not hesitate to air the cottage.
VISITORS:
If you are expecting a visit, please let us know. If one or more visitors wish to sleep, tell us and plan for this 16 €/night, plus the fee linen pack.
HEATING:
The only means of heating the cottage is a wood stove. We provide the wood for free and usually light the fire an hour before your arrival to heat the cottage. This means of heating is part of the charm of the Mill. The stove heats very well, we never had a problem.
TOURIST TAX:
For any booking via a platform, the tourist tax is paid. For any direct booking, please allow 1 €/night/adult. Fortunately, minors are not subject to this tax.
BIKE RENTAL:
We offer classic bikes for rent. To rent directly on site, by the day or week, count 15 €/bike/day and 50 €/week for classic bikes.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
You will find on arrival a binder "guide" with multiple information, leaflets made available by the tourist office, opening hours of bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. As well as a detailed map on a small scale (1:25,000) that you can use.
We can tell you or buy organic products from the area directly.
The use of washing machines is free. Opportunities to buy organic vegetables in the neighbourhood, including pink garlic, salads and tomatoes in summer…
We offer a shuttel-service from Roscoff ferryport (15 €/trip) and Morlaix (40€/trip), also early in the morning and in the evening, we just should know it some time before.
