The space
Outdoor space in abundance including snug area with BBQ for outdoor cuisine to sit 6 and another outdoor table on the top terrace to seat 10 people. Terrace overlooking the valley and sunny disposition until sunset over the hills. All rooms are spacious and have been recently renovated with all new appliances. All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning units and both lounges have log burning fires. The two kitchens are well equipped for cooking. Outside cooking can be with a gas BBQ or a gas Plancha or a Paella Ring for up to 10 people. Beds can be super king sized or single: 3 Super King Size beds or 8 Single Beds and one (permanent) double bed with an additional double sofa bed in the lounge and one 'clic clack' in the biggest downstairs bedroom, suitable for a child up to the age of 10. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Guest access
Access to the property is from a quiet road in Montemar-la-Viña with a grey gate and key from a key box (if we cannot meet you on arrival in person due to other work commitments). You will immediately see the steps up to the first front door of La Casa which is to the front of La Casa with the artificially grassed terrace and pool area. This front door leads into the first kitchen area which also has the two double bedrooms, separate shower room and downstairs lounge. The beds can either be singles or two super king sized beds in these two bedrooms. In the largest bedroom you will also see a ‘clickclack’ bed suitable for a child. In the downstairs lounge there is a spiral staircase which leads up to the third, en-suite bedroom. Here the beds can either be single beds or one king sized bed to suit your needs.
To access the upper floors, you will need to come out of the front door and go round La Casa either via the pool area or via the snug area. There are two gates which separate the upstairs and downstairs if you so desire. Once up on the top terrace you will see another grey door which leads you to the upper two floors of La Casa.
On the second floor you will find the final en-suite bathroom and double bedroom as well as the large lounge complete with log-burner, a beautiful dining room with views of the valley and a small, galley kitchen which has all your holiday needs.
To access the final bedroom you will need to go to the outside spiral staircase which will take you to the top bedroom which has phenomenal views of Calpe Ifach Rock, the sea and the valley. Although this does not have an en-suite shower room, we believe this to be the best bedroom of La Casa - we will leave you to decide ;-)
Guests can relax outside on sun loungers or chairs, with a choice of terraces which are either in full sun or in the shade. The pool is totally private (unheated). The bottom terrace has an outdoor table tennis table as well as an area to dry washing. The outdoor snug is perfect for dining and relaxing with views of the valley and sunsets. The outdoor bar area has a sink and cupboards for the pool equipment. The large outdoor table on the top terrace can seat up to 10 people, the smaller snug outdoor table can seat up to 6 people.
La Villa Dulce is another snug area for you to relax in out of the summer sun with a book or just to enjoy the views of the valley.

Please note that there are 8 single beds and one double bed OR (NOT AS WELL AS) 3 super king sized beds, one double bed and 2 single beds
Bedrooms and beds are as follows:
Bedroom one - en-suite with either 1 x Super King Sized or 2 x single beds.
Bedroom two - 1 x Super King Sized or 2 x single beds and a click-clack suitable for a child up to the age of 10 years old.
Bedroom three - via the spiral staircase in the downstairs lounge - en-suite with 1 x Super King Sized or 2 x single beds
Bedroom four - on the second floor and accessible from the second door up the outside steps, through the gate and on the top terrace - ensuite with 1 double sized bed
Bedroom five - on the third floor and accessible from the indoor dining room of the second floor via the outside staircase - two single beds without a bathroom.
Casa towels and beach towels are provided at no extra charge.
