From all environments, you can appreciate the beauty of the sea with its turquoise blue nuances.
Relaxing in the hammock enjoying the breeze is a great option when returning from an intense day of fun. The sunset can be seen from the left side of the balconies.
Our loft is close to the Center and the main beaches.
The space
Our Loft is located at the top right corner of Prainha, with spectacular ocean views.
Located on a residential street with a steep cobblestone sidewalk. It is possible to park on the street in front of our accommodation. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, a balcony with a hammock and a table with 4 chairs, a 43' smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and GloboPlay (with premiere channels), efficient Wi-Fi internet, a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator and freezer, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric oven, dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery. The sink counter has 3 stools. The double bed is on the mezzanine and has a balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom is spacious and has a separate shower and toilet.
Although very airy, it has efficient air-conditioning for very hot days and also Wi-Fi for those who need to work from home.
From the loft, it is possible to see a little of Praia Grande, Prainha and, in the distance, Praia do Forte in Cabo Frio.
LOCATION: Our Loft is located in Morro da Prainha, approximately 280 meters from the beach. There is no direct access to the beach from the house: to get to Prainha, you need to go down the hill and walk two blocks.
The house's location is safe. There are neighbors on the right and left sides.
From the loft, it is possible to reach (on foot or by car) other beaches, such as Praia dos Anjos, Praia Grande, Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia and Praia do Forno. Those who are on foot and want to visit more distant beaches can also hire the taxi-boat service.
For those who want to visit Cabo Frio and Búzios, there are buses departing from Arraial do Cabo to these cities daily.
From the Arraial do Cabo bus station, you can take a taxi to the house for approximately R$ 20.00. The distance from the bus station to our house is 1 km and approximately 7 minutes by car, taxi, Uber or motorcycle taxi. It is possible to get there on foot, considering that the house is on a hill and arriving with luggage can be tiring. It is also down there that the bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located.
COMMERCE (markets, bakeries, banks, lotteries, restaurants): The city center, where commerce in general is concentrated, is within walking distance of the house, less than 1 kilometer. About 13 minutes on foot.

Our loft is private and its entrance is independent and individual. There are no shared environments with other guests.
Other things to note
Our kitchen has all the essentials for your stay. Stove, refrigerator, electric oven, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups are available for use.
Bed and bath linens are provided. Pillows, pillowcases, bed sheets, blankets and towels.
Barbecuing is not allowed inside the accommodation or on the balconies.
SOUND and NOISE: No speakers allowed inside the accommodation. Music, only at ambient volume.
It is important to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
We don't have a garage. Our guests usually park in front of our accommodation.
The street is residential and we have neighbors on both sides and in front of our home.
STEEP CLIMB The house is in the middle of a hillside. You can climb it, but it requires some physical effort.
ACCESSIBILITY: Our house may not be suitable for people with disabilities or mobility difficulties. Access to the bathroom has a 70 cm door and there is a small staircase to access it from the living room.
CHILDREN: The balconies have a guardrail. There are no screens on the balcony or windows.
PETS: *Your pet is welcome if it is trained to relieve itself outside the house. The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the furniture and objects in the house. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the accommodation.
WATER SAVING: Throughout the Lake District, attention must be paid to water waste. Water saving is paramount.
