The house is located near Porta Latina, 500 meters from Baths of Caracalla, 1,5 km. about Circus Maximus, Colosseum and Roman Forum that can be reached by bike (provided free of charge from our hotel) in no more than 3 / 4 minutes, and 400 meters from the Appia Antica Park, where you can visit the remains of ancient Roman villas as well as walking, on foot or by bicycle, for the wonderful Via Appia Antica, with its natural beauty and monuments, to the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella, the Curch of “Domine Quo Vadis” and the Catacombs where Christians took refuge. A must-see scenario from all points of view: natural, historic and monumental.
We have prepared a bicycle service, completely free of charge and made available by our structure, in order to enable our guests to enjoy the natural beauties and monuments of Rome. In fact all the major archeological sites are within walking distance from home and this allows you to visit the city by bike, surrounded by nature and the magical atmosphere of Ancient Rome.
The apartment of 100 square feet, renovated in 2010, fully equipped, quiet (double glazed) and bright on the first floor of a building, is composed of 3 rooms, one double and a single bed, one with two single beds and a living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace outside and one inside. All rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, wi fi internet connection. In addition, for those who were not equipped with a laptop PC, we have provided an internet fixed station.
The house is located in a busy area and at the same time very quiet, about 100 meters from the beautiful Parco degli Scipioni and the Mura Latine, where you can walk and go jogging.
