My apartment is in one of the best locations in San Francisco, a very unique city. I don't offer just a place to sleep but a friendly, quiet, warm environment where you can relax after long hours of sightseeing, sip a glass of wine at my sunny patio and just soak up the fresh ocean air coming down from Twin Peaks. But don't just take my word for it, read the 5-star feedback I have!
This bedroom has a full size bed, large closet with full size mirrors, dresser, desk and a comfortable seat. 14 ft by 12 ft (168 sq ft = 15 sq meter). I have a 16 year old sweet, affectionate and friendly cat who spends most of his time on my bed :)
The apartment has a large kitchen with small breakfast table, gas stove, oven, microwave, All-Clad pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and many other gadgets and utensils. Feel free to use whatever you need!

You'll have your own private bedroom all to yourself. You'll have full access to kitchen and living room too! There is one bathroom in the house, shared by me and my guest. Patio is shared with my neighbor but definitely not off-limits to my guests! Please refrain from smoking at the patio.
Interaction with Guests
I work from home and my "office" is setup in my bedroom. So I will be in my bedroom most of the time. I'm an easy going person. It's totally up to my guests on how much they want to interact with me. I've had guests who became friends, I've had guests whom I almost never saw. It's all good :)
My apartment is centrally located in the Castro district of San Francisco. It has a "walk score" of 100 out of 100 and transportation score of 98 out of 100. It's on Noe street, which is one block from Castro street. Within 5 blocks of fantastic restaurants, shops, clubs and bars! Dolores Park, Duboce Park, Castro movie theater are less than 10 minutes walking distance. Yet, in the middle of all this action, I live on a very quiet street!
The historic F Street Car is half a block away. Metro/subway is one block. You can see Twin Peaks from my neighborhood. I'd be happy to provide you feedback on restaurants and things to do during your stay!
My apartment is in a very central location. It's in the middle of Castro, and walking distance to Lower Haight, Mission, Hayes Valley! One block away from underground muni which would take you to downtown and shopping districts in 15 minutes. Less than half a block from the historical F street car. 15 minutes walking distance to BART to connect to East Bay or the airport. Lots of convenience stores and grocery stores including Whole Foods, Safeway within walking distance.
I don't have a garage or a designated parking spot. Monday through Friday you can park your car on the street for only two hours between 8 am and 9pm. Other times (including all day on weekends), you can park your car without any time limit (but no more than 72 consecutive hours). Also make sure to move your car during street cleaning (each street has a sign on which day and time the cleaning happens at)
Other Things to Note
My place is easy to get to from both San Francisco and Oakland airports.
1) Cab / taxi will cost about $50-$60. Takes 20-25 mins
2) Personal cab services such as Uber, Sidecar, Lfyt could be around $40. Takes 20-25 mins
3) Door to door shuttle will be cheaper but will take longer to get to my place, depending on how many other passengers are being dropped off.
4) Public transportation option 1: take BART to San Francisco. Get off at 16th and Mission. My place is 15 mins walk from there. If you have heavy luggage, I don't recommend this.
5) Public transportation option 2: take BART to San Francisco. Get off at Civic Center. Walk up one level and go through the MUNI entrance. Take the outbound train, either K or L or M. Get off at Castro station. Walk only one block.
Please no smoking or burning candles in the house or patio. Also please no pets. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. No entertaining in the room, only approved, registered guests are allowed on the premises.
I loved this place and Ehran was a fantastic host. He was there when I arrived and got me all situated right away. The room is bright and comfortable with a beautiful patio right outside the window. The location in a great walking neighborhood with shops and services all around was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and would stay there again on my future visits for sure.
This was my first airbnb stay, and it went beyond expectations. Erhan is a wonderfully gracious host, and his place was perfect for my three-night, work-related stay. Comfy and spacious room, and amazingly quiet at night despite its location (midway between the Church and Castro MUNI stops on Market). The location is superb for both quick transport along Market and for diving into the many stores/restaurants in the Castro/Noe/Mission area. Very charming cat too--friendly but never obtrusive, like Erhan himself. Highly recommended!
My stay here was my first Airbnb experience. I found the listing to be accurate and the apartment was clean, well-prepared, and a very pleasant stay. Erhan clearly has experience doing this by now, and it shows in the level of hospitality he provides. His place has a fantastic location very close to the 16th and Market intersection of the Castro, roughly a block away, but far enough down Noe St to have a quiet atmosphere.
I did not have much interaction with Erhan during my stay due to my being away most of the time for work and his being unfortunately ill. However, he (and his cat!) were both kind and friendly. He took the utmost care to avoid getting me sick during my stay, and seems to have succeeded as I am still healthy a week later!
I greatly enjoyed my stay and would return the next time I am in the city.
Erhan's place was great. It looks just as pictured and described. Very comfortable and great location.

About the Host, Erhan
40 year old professional friendly guy from Turkey, living in San Francisco Bay Area for 16 years. I love traveling! I can walk for hours in cities; explore neighborhoods and take pictures. Not much of a night person. I enjoy quiet nights, reading in bed. I'm very clean.
As a host, I make sure my place is immaculate and your privacy is respected. I love San Francisco! I feel lucky to be living in this great city. I'd be happy to suggest you places to visit, restaurants and cafes to eat at and things to do.
As a guest, I will keep your place clean and I'll be very quiet. I'll always respect your privacy. Most of the day I'll be out sightseeing anyway!
