The neighbourhood in a nutshell:

1. This private villa is located in a small village of Sungai Sembilang, Jeram, 40 minutes from Petaling Jaya and 45-50 minutes from Kuala Lumpur (during non-rush hours). Kapar town is only 10 minutes away.

2. Sungai Sembilang is well known as a fisherman’s village, a stones throw away from Pantai Remis, a tourist destination town fronting the sea. Fresh seafood also could be bought here, in Pantai remis.

3. Surrounded by many private homestays and small villas, tourists would flock here as there are many eateries nearby and the town of Kuala Selangor is also only 20 minutes away.

4. Local eateries include seafood restaurants, medan selera fronting the sea, steamboat grill, small stalls and night markets.

5. Accessibility to Villa Ameda is convenient as it is located fronting a busy road.

6. At nearby area, there are a few interesting tourist places like the historical Melawati Hill, Kampung Kuantan Fireflies Park, Sky Mirror Kuala Selangor, Blue Tears Kuala Selangor, Eagle Feading Kuala Selangor and Kuala Selangor Nature Park is only less than 30 minutes away from the villa.

7. Parking is ample and free on the said property.
