One of a kind, 1950s newly renovated with luxury finishes and transformed into a beautiful getaway. This 930 square ft. home perfectly blends modern conveniences with historic charm, with dreamy updates, including a unique outdoor oversized bath tub, privately nestled in the back of the property.
The house is near the best waves in Vero Beach and historic downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and park. Beach is 8 min away.

- We allow up to 2 dogs for an additional pet fee of $85. Pet waste must be picked up by the owner and leave no evidence in the yard or a $200 charge will be applied. Due to allergies cats are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding!

-All events or creative productions must be approved prior or subject to penalty and forfeit refund. If you are planning on hosting an event please reach out to me prior.


-Absolutely, No Smoking, including vaping indoors. A $500 fine will be charged.

-Early check-in is based on availability for a
$50 one time additional fee. We will confirm availability and notify you if early check-in can or cannot accommodated for your stay.

-Hurricane Policy

1. Safety First:
In the event of a hurricane warning issued by local authorities, the safety of our guests is our top priority. We encourage guests to follow all evacuation orders or shelter-in-place directives from the local government.

2. Refund Policy:

• If a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area where the property is located, we will provide a full refund for any unused nights of the booking.
• If a hurricane is forecasted but no mandatory evacuation is issued, we do not offer automatic refunds. However, we recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance for added protection in case of unforeseen weather events.

3. Early Departures:
If guests choose to leave early due to an impending storm without an official evacuation order, refunds will not be provided for unused nights. We urge guests to plan and make decisions based on official local warnings and advice.

4. Power Outages and Property Damage:
In the event of power outages or other issues caused by a hurricane, we will do our best to communicate with guests and provide updates. If the property becomes uninhabitable due to damage, we will work with you to either relocate your stay or issue a refund for the remaining nights.

5. Trip Insurance:
We highly recommend that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance to cover potential trip interruptions due to hurricanes or other unforeseen events.

6. Our property is conveniently located near downtown, providing easy access to local shops, dining, and attractions. Please note that the home is also near train tracks and the airport, so you may hear passing trains and planes during your stay. While we strive to offer a comfortable and relaxing environment, we want guests to be aware of this before booking.

7. Work remotely? Yes! The inspiring surroundings paired with lighting speed wifi make this the perfect place to knock some work out. We have exceptionally fast wifi with download speeds of up to 400 mbps and upload speeds of up to 100 mbps.
