About 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, you will receive a Registration Packet from us that will provide you with critical information required to prepare you for your Central Florida Vacation. This is also the point where we will register drivers and guests at the resort and you have the option to heat your private pool/spa throughout your stay.
After you have completed your Registration Packet and returned it to us, you will receive an "Arrival Packet" that will provide you with critical information required to prepare you for your Central Florida Vacation. The forthcoming communications will include all the information you need to check in, access the house, parking logistics, property management contact numbers and enjoying the Solterra Resort amenities.
Other things to note
Pool/Spa Heating: Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this option, especially during the cooler months.
Flexible Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for your convenience.
Parking: Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street, so you'll have plenty of space for multiple vehicles.
Resort Amenities: As our guest, you’ll have full access to the Solterra Resort amenities, including a shared gym, water slides, and tennis courts.
Group Bookings: If you’re traveling with a large group, we own four homes on the same street. Two are next door to each other, and the other two are just a few doors down, making it easy to accommodate larger gatherings.
