This thoughtful, modern space is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, or work from the road. Nestled in the heart of Nashville's historic Sylvan Park neighborhood, you'll feel like a local Nashvillian. The Little House is located just minutes off the interstate and is convenient to downtown and many local attractions. Walk one block down the street to grab a drink at Neighbor's, eat authentic Italian at Caffe Nonna, or play a round of golf at the McCabe, a municipal golf course.

The space
The Little House is a clean, bright and modern studio space with a Queen Murphy bed, fully stocked kitchenette with a whole house water filtration system, living room, full size clothes closet, dedicated workspace desk and luxe full bathroom with a shower you may never want to leave!

Park in your free, on-site parking, walk through your private entrance and head up the stairs to your personal home-away-from-home.

There is also a nook located just off a landing on the stairs that features a twin size Japanese floor mattress perfect for sleeping kiddos or curling up with a good book and some peace and quiet! If you are booking a reservation for 3 people, please note that this sleeping nook with floor mattress is where the third guest will sleep.

We do live in a residential area and while your space and entrance are private, there will be some street traffic along with neighbors (and their dogs) you may see or hear. The backyard space is shared with our main home so you may occasionally see us coming or going while you are here.

Guest access
Guests will enter the front door via a smart lock code and will have the entire Little House space to themselves during their stay.

Other things to note
PARKING & FRONT DOOR ACCESS:
There is space off the alley and next to the garage door to park one vehicle right in front of the gate. Simply enter through the gate, follow the path and the patio, entrance to the Little House will be immediately on your left. See listing photo for parking help!

STAIRS:
Please note that this is a second floor unit, so it is not suitable for guests who cannot walk up 1 flight of stairs. The space below the unit is a garage where we park our vehicles so you may occasionally hear us in the space below.

THIRD GUEST: Please note that our sleeping arrangements are a Queen bed (sleeps 2) and a twin Japanese floor mattress in our nap nook (sleeps 1). If you are booking for 3 people, please consider if the twin floor mattress will meet the comfort needs of your group.

REMINDERS:
Only registered guests are permitted to spend the night on the property. Please list the correct number of overnight guests on your reservation.
We are a smoke-free property. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted in the space and violation will incur a $250 fee.

The Sylvan Park neighborhood has a rich history beginning as a homestead for General James Robertson and then opening as an official residential development in 1887. We think you'll love being situated in this cute, walk-able neighborhood, while still being conveniently located to Downtown Nashville and all it has to offer.

Just a block from our place you'll find McCabe Pub, Caffe Nonna, Edley's BBQ, plus coffee shops, fine dining, a chill place to watch the game, community fitness center, public golf course, greenway and the list goes on. We know you'll fall in love with the neighborhood just like we have!
