Interaction with Guests
We love to know our guests and try always to meet them the day of arrival to explain the appliances operation and give indications about which sites they can visit or where to find the equipment and services needed for a comfortable stay.
The historic center of Betanzos is a very peaceful place to live, some guests have come to spend some time to study or work at the university and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly and hospitable people, willing to lend a hand at all times. Close you can find all the shops and services needed to cook at home or if you prefer to go to a restaurant you will find very near the nicest sites of Betanzos.
The train and bus station is 2 mn walking from home, if you come by car, Betanzos is a strategic point where major highways merge.
Other Things to Note
If a guest needs a long stay we make a special price. We have a growing demand from people who come to study or work and need a quiet and comfortable space to concentrate. We also do a discount on the base price in the offseason.
We do not have specific rules. The behavior of our guests has always been excellent. We appreciate the detail of many guests that on the last day remove the bedding and towels and down the garbage to the container. These gestures are very helpful to us especially when short stays.
We have no problem to turn aside your pets. Home dogs and cats know how to behave at home and there is no reason why not do the same in ours :)
