The Space

The house is very nice, near the Via Appia near St. John, with a splendid view of the Castelli Romani.
Is on the 4 floor of a building with a nice and quiet courtyard entrance, is very bright, with elevator, TV, internet wifi, bathroom, kitchen and dining room.
The links are very easy by metro, line A Furio Camillo, with which you can get to a moment in Termini, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna.
Very close to the house there is also the beautiful Appia antica park, ideal for relaxing walks or bike to be surrounded by ancient history and tranquility.
In the area is easy to find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants, including some of the best rice balls and tiramisu in town.
The neighborhood is very quiet but very close to San Lorenzo and the Pigneto, historic district of Rome, now the heart of the city's nightlife.

Check In

  • I had a very excellent stay in Rome in Alessandra’s flat. Her instructions and advice as to how to arrive and travel were very clear. Although I never met her personally, she had arranged that her parents were at the flat to greet me. They were wonderful and were able to answer the many questions I had about the local area regarding shops, restaurants and so forth. They very kindly continued to advise me for the duration of my stay in Rome and made my stay very comfortable.

The flat itself has good facilities, including a kitchen which is well supplied with instruments including a microwave, an oven with gas rings and a fridge/freezer. The living room is very cosy and a good place to relax. My bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space available for my things. The view of the Alban hills from my bedroom was glorious.

The flat is in an excellent location and very convenient for the Metro ‘A’ line. This was ideal for my purposes in Rome and for visiting the city centre. I would recommend staying here, particularly if you are staying in Rome for an extended period of time.

  • We have stayed in Rome for 3 nights. Our experience in Vincenzo's apartment was perfect. The location is within 500-600 meters from 2 metro stations. There is a big supermarket nearby and a few pizza places to have a quick snack. The apartment is bright and sunny. Our room was very spacious, the view from the balcony was a great addition. We haven't met Vincenzo, but his dad met us and provided all the information we needed. Would highly recommend this apartment!
