The space
Fully stocked kitchen, all labeled in an elegant designer home, that is clean, open and bright! Our surf lounge hangout space is loaded with fun! ping pong table, horseshoes, tons of beach accessories: chairs, body boards, beach towels, umbrella, wagon, sand toys, surf boards, carrying cases, ice chest and more!!! Fire pit area with seating. Outdoor patio dining with a large BBQ, and additional bar seating, plus, secondary sitting area under an oasis of olive trees.

Our CC Surfhouse is perfect for multiple families, large groups, or solo corporate travelers who need a clean, quiet workspace.

Our home includes many designer features & finishes... Perfect for entertaining after a long day at the beach! It's a stunning single level residence is in the heart of Arroyo Grande amongst the town's finest restaurants, shops, and amenities (all within walking distance), while still only a few minute drive to the shorelines of all Central Coast beaches: Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Oceano, Avila Beach, and Shell Beach.

As you approach our home you will immediately notice the lush landscaping, mature olive-trees, and sleek redwood deck. As you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by abundant natural light and a stunning open concept living and dining area giving you all the beach vibes!

The entire kitchen has been designed with the finest materials including: quartz countertops with a waterfall style island, full height tile backsplash, solid wood soft closing cabinetry, and a complete set of luxury appliances.

Just past the kitchen is the laundry room, three bedrooms each with 55" flat-screen televisions, two full bathrooms, and plenty of additional closets full of board games for the kids.

All bathrooms feature solid wood cabinets, quartz countertops, luxury tile, and designer hardware.

The backyard is a perfect oasis for entertaining with a large patio area with outdoor dining, BBQ, grass lawn, three additional olive trees with an additional sitting area, fire-pit area that seats six, and a long open side yard for corn hole horseshoes.

Our two car garage has been transformed into what we call our "Surflounge" with built-in French-doors that lead right into the backyard and give you an total connected experience. The Surf Lounge includes a full-size ping-pong table, living space with a 48" television, work space with desk, and numerous amenities! Ready to have some fun!? Guests are welcome to use any of our: two longboard surfboards, six body boards, numerous board games, beach equipment such as chairs, foldable wagon for carrying items, beach towels, ice chest, and beach toys.

Our home has a huge RV Parking side yard, with rolling gate, so if you are bringing your ATVs, trailers, SXS, or have multiple families, there's plenty of parking for everyone!

Parking at our Central Coast Surf House has multiple on-property parking spots which includes the primary 2-car driveway, a second 2-car gravel driveway (RV sized parking on side of house), and street curbside parking.

You will have plenty of room if you are coming with multiple vehicles.

We have plenty of room for ATVs, trailers or anything else you'd like to bring.

Other things to note
Guest privacy is very important to us. We would like to note that our home has a ring doorbell and garage floodlight camera. When we host guests we disable motion alerts.
