Family Ties Farmhouse is a great fit for a relaxing family getaway! This newly remodeled farmhouse sits on 14 acres with beautiful views of the 3 acre pond out the front door and the 1/2 acre pond in the back yard. The 4 bedroom, 2 full bath farmhouse sleeps 6 comfortably featuring many modern amenities, brand new updates and unique handmade craftsmanship throughout. The first floor offers a very open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen. The house features 1 king, 1 queen, & 3 double beds.
The space
Enjoy outdoor grilling/dining, campfire ring, and large manicured lawn OR take a short walk across the road to your own private picnic area overlooking the pond great for fishing or kayaking.
Whether you are looking for skiing, hiking, hunting/fishing, golf, wine tastings, breweries and many local festivals, you will find Family Ties Farmhousethe perfect centrally located stay for all of these! The farmhouse is conveniently located only 19 miles to downtown Wellsboro, PA and the splendor of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, only minutes from Route 15 to venture south to Williamsport, PA, home of the Little League World Series or a day trip north to the Gaffer District of Corning, NY, and Watkins Glen, NY for the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Sharing our Family Vacation Home
This home is our family vacation home that is surrounded by the family farm. In 2021 we remodeled the entire home with a modern feel and custom woodwork from local sources so the home is personal to us in many ways.
Our goal is to find guests that want to share a wonderful country experience in a very clean modern farmhouse. It is important to us to find guests that respect our home leave the home as they found it.
To show our appreciation for our guests respecting our home, we will issue coupons for future stays for all guests that receive a 5 star rating for cleanliness. Our highest priority is securing guests that will respect our home to maintain the high quality for future guests.
