Our home is on the east side of Austin in a wonderfully eclectic neighborhood. We have a very convenient location for getting to all parts of Austin - we are only 7 miles from downtown, and we live by a highway that connects to both south and north Austin. If you are looking to tour any small town barbeque, we are less than 30 minutes away from Elgin and Manor.
We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Some other features include: large kitchen; yoga/reading room; master bedroom with king sized bed; guest bedroom with queen sized bed; air mattress for extra sleeping capacity; 55" tv; balcony off of master bedroom overlooking much of Austin; small yard with covered car port; pets welcome (extra deposit)
We have cable and internet included, as well as other amenities such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. We also recently installed solar panels for the environmentally-conscious.
Guests would be welcome to use the two bikes that are available.
We have a large selection of good reads, and an Xbox.
Brandon and G'Nell provided an excellent home for me and my family. It had easy access to the event and downtown and plenty of room for all of us.
I'd like to thank Brandon and his wife for making our first Formula 1 Race experience even better than we imagined. The home is absolutely beautiful and views of Austin are amazing. Brandon was very accommodating to our schedules in both check in and check out times. Their modern home is so warm, inviting and literally 15 min from downtown Austin. This is my first AirBnb experience and thanks to Brandon, this will not be me last. We already told him that we'll be returning next year! A very Easy 5 star review and I would tell my friends/family this is the home to rent in Austin!
This is a lovely home. Brandon and his wife made our stay comfortable and easy to navigate, there was plenty of space for kids and dog and three adults, who were so harried when we arrived that we pitched the kids out the door and took long naps on luxurious beds. The kids ran wild, and enjoyed the neighborhood which is only partially developed. I took my dog on long walks every morning through the same empty lots which function as a green belt -- an unexpected bonus.
The house is light-filled and airy, the architecture is fun -- I couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. Concrete floors, roomy showers, a generous dining room and kitchen -- the lower level is open-plan and set up perfectly for entertaining. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
I would not hesitate to stay here again -- thanks, y'all!
